为深入学习党的二十大精神，提振律师队伍的文化自信。4月3日晚，利群所特邀台州市人民警察培训学校林月村校长在学术报告厅开展国学讲座。

林校长以习近平总书记“推动传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展”为基点，以《为学、为人、为政——传统文化与现代管理》为主题，通过《习近平用典》引经据典、案例结合的方式，道出了“外儒内法，上道下行”的思想真谛。

林校长还重点探讨了如何将传统文化运用到现代管理和社会治理中，围绕为学以“乐”，为人以“正”，为政以“德”三个观点，将民本思想和“我将无我，不负人民”的群众路线贯穿律所品牌发展中，倡导每个律师做到“知责于心、担责于身、履责于行”。

本次专题讲座，让全体利群人重温了国学经典文化智慧，激发了学习热情与工作动力，把国学智慧同个人成长相结合，把传统文化精髓同律所发展相结合。今后，我们将履行律师职责，主动担当，学习先进，争做先进，做好一心为人民的好律师。
