4月17日晚，利群所邀请到了温州破产管理人协会对外协作委员会主任黄璜律师作为本次讲座主讲人，围绕《律师“涉破”业务代理和开拓方法》主题展开分享。

黄璜律师从“涉破”业务趋势出发，通过多起经典案例，就如何从破产案件中拓展出更多、更好的法律服务问题，深入浅出地讲解了债务危机救助、预重整服务、债务人、债权人、投资人的法律服务等内容。

On the evening of April 17th, Liqun invited Lawyer Huang Huang, the director of the External Cooperation Committee of Wenzhou Bankruptcy Administrators Association, as the keynote speaker of this lecture, to share on the theme of "Lawyers'" Breaking "Business Agency and Development Methods".

Starting from the trend of "involving bankruptcy" business and through multiple classic cases, Lawyer Huang Huang explained in simple and profound terms how to expand more and better legal services from bankruptcy cases, including debt crisis relief, pre restructuring services, legal services for debtors, creditors, and investors.
