为了更好地推进律所专业化发展，探寻发展中的问题和机遇。3月25日下午，利群所在学术报告厅成功举办“综合性律所的专业化发展”主题沙龙。我所主任、副主任、各专业部门负责人及部分律师（包括实习律师）参与会议。

本次活动我们还邀请到了上海兰迪（温州）律师事务所主任黄润生律师、国浩律师（杭州）事务所合伙人周建中律师为我们作“律所专业化发展及业务开展情况”的分享。

沙龙第一项议程由利群所主任毛灵见律师介绍律所专业化推进情况。首先，毛主任强调了举办此次主题沙龙的重要性，以打造“强势专业化律所”为目标，各专业部门共同协作，通过常态化的专业化发展主题交流活动，纵深推进律所专业化工作。

此外，他还指出了在专业化推进过程中面临的诸多问题，并提出专业化发展需要不断的完善与推进，深耕专业领域，扩大专业部门及个人在相应业务领域的影响力。

最后，毛主任分析了律所和律师的关系。利群为每个律师搭建一个实现自身价值的平台，为客户提供优质的法律服务产品，提升自身的法律服务能力，为打造区域强势专业化律所和衷共济。

会上，黄律师分别从专业化优势、本人的专业化之路、如何打造绝对专业化三方面进行详细分享。他针对专业化优势通过自己的经历例举了如何获得案源的方法，收费优势，年轻律师怎么弯道超车及如何创造自身价值。随后黄律师通过本人的专业化发展历程，归纳总结出专业化发展的五点思路及做法。最后，黄律师对如何打造绝对专业化进行了简单阐述。

一是树立目标，勇贴标签。

二是坚持初心，持之以恒。

三是拓宽思路，非诉切入。

四是利用平台，不断进取。

五是善于借力，合作共赢。

六是主动出击，誓不罢休。

周建中律师一开始结合专业化发展思路介绍了国浩律师（杭州）事务所基本情况，并且以自身经验重点分享了他对专业化的认识，指出了专业化发展是行业趋势和共识，分内外因说明什么是专业化，区分专业化与综合化的区别，阐述了专业化发展道路上的困难与机遇。最后，周律师言简意赅的阐释了如何选择专业方向及如何付诸行动助推专业化发展。

沙龙会上，各专业部门负责人纷纷发言，交流各自对律所专业化发展的看法以及发展设想。有的律师分享了自己经历过的专业化发展经验；有的律师提出了自己的困惑——专业化道路是否会使律师的发展空间越来越狭窄；也有律师直言因业务量受限，难以专业化的现状。整个沙龙持续了三个小时，大家在轻松的环境下不断碰撞着多元的思想火花。

最后，沙龙在毛主任的总结下圆满落幕，通过此次沙龙活动，利群律师对专业化发展的必要性和如何专业化有了更多的收获，对今后律师执业拓宽了发展思路，也为利群律师的专业化道路呈现稳步向好提供了方向。

In order to better promote the professional development of law firms, explore the problems and opportunities in development. In the afternoon of March 25, Liqun Institute successfully held a salon themed "Professional Development of Comprehensive Law Firms" in the academic Lecture hall. Our director, deputy director, heads of various professional departments, and some lawyers (including intern lawyers) participated in the meeting.

In this event, we also invited Lawyer Huang Runsheng, Director of Shanghai Randy (Wenzhou) Law Firm, and Lawyer Zhou Jianzhong, Partner of Guohao Law Firm (Hangzhou), to share with us the "Professional Development and Business Development of Law Firms".

The first agenda item of the salon will be introduced by Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Director of Liqun Law Firm, on the progress of law firm professionalization. Firstly, Director Mao emphasized the importance of hosting this themed salon, with the goal of creating a "strong professional law firm". Various professional departments worked together to promote the professionalization of law firms through regular professional development themed exchange activities.

In addition, he also pointed out many problems faced in the process of promoting specialization, and proposed that the development of specialization requires continuous improvement and promotion, deepening the professional field, and expanding the influence of professional departments and individuals in corresponding business fields.

Finally, Director Mao analyzed the relationship between the law firm and lawyers. Liqun builds a platform for each lawyer to realize their own value, provides customers with high-quality legal service products, enhances their legal service capabilities, and works together to build a strong and professional law firm in the region.

At the meeting, Lawyer Huang shared in detail the advantages of specialization, his own path to specialization, and how to create absolute specialization. He provided examples from his own experience on how to obtain the source of the case, the advantages of fees, how young lawyers can overtake on curves, and how to create their own value based on the advantages of specialization. Subsequently, Lawyer Huang summarized five ideas and practices for professional development through his own professional development process. Finally, Lawyer Huang briefly explained how to create absolute specialization.

One is to set goals and bravely label them.

The second is to adhere to the original intention and persevere.

The third is to broaden our thinking and not engage in litigation.

The fourth is to utilize the platform and constantly strive for progress.

The fifth is to be good at leveraging resources and achieve win-win cooperation.

Six is to take the initiative and never give up.

Lawyer Zhou Jianzhong initially introduced the basic situation of Guohao Law Firm (Hangzhou) based on the concept of professional development, and focused on sharing his understanding of specialization through his own experience. He pointed out that professional development is an industry trend and consensus, explained what is specialization from internal and external factors, distinguished the difference between specialization and comprehensiveness, and elaborated on the difficulties and opportunities on the path of professional development. Finally, Lawyer Zhou briefly explained how to choose a professional direction and how to take action to promote professional development.

At the salon, heads of various professional departments spoke one after another, exchanging their views and ideas on the professional development of law firms. Some lawyers shared their professional development experience; Some lawyers have raised their own confusion - will the path of specialization make the development space for lawyers increasingly narrow; Some lawyers have also spoken out about the current situation of difficulty in professionalization due to limited business volume. The entire salon lasted for three hours, and everyone was constantly colliding with diverse sparks of thought in a relaxed environment.

Finally, the salon came to a successful conclusion under the summary of Director Mao. Through this salon event, Liqun Lawyers gained more from the necessity of professional development and how to professionalize. This broadened their development ideas for future lawyer practice and provided a direction for Liqun Lawyers' professionalization path to steadily improve.
