2023年3月11日下午，利群所邀请到了本次利群财税大讲堂的第一位主讲嘉宾温州律协财税委主任、浙江震瓯律师事务所副主任周义军律师为我们做关于《合伙企业税务风险防控与合规》的分享。此次会议由利群所企业合规与税务筹划业务部副主任李明峰律师主持。

首先李明峰律师介绍到，法律和财税的关系犹如书画同源，民商事法律关系是税法认定纳税义务的基础，而财务核算和税收成本又会直接影响民商事法律关系的建立模式，故而律师在办理日常案件中遇到涉税问题尤其需要关注。同时也希望通过一系列的财税讲座为大家搭建一个开放交流的平台。

接着周义军律师分享了合伙企业纳税的相关规定，分析了合伙企业的行业特征及税务风险，最后结合当前的税法规定和税务部门的监管趋势给出了若干关于合伙企业税务合规的建议。会后大家意犹未尽，针对自身执业当中碰到的涉税问题与周律师继续交流。

本次分享会也吸引了君安世纪(台州)律所、金道（台州）律所、璟杉律所等同仁参与学习交流，活动的成功举办也预示着利群律师事务所的财税大讲堂正式开启，此后还会根据大家的反馈、需求不定期邀请资深会计师、税务师、前税务稽查工作人员等为大家做更多的实务分享。

On the afternoon of March 11, 2023, Liqun invited the first guest speaker at the Liqun Finance and Taxation Lecture Hall, Lawyer Zhou Yijun, Director of the Finance and Taxation Committee of Wenzhou Law Association and Deputy Director of Zhejiang Zhenou Law Firm, to share with us on "Partnership Enterprise Tax Risk Prevention and Compliance". This meeting is chaired by Lawyer Li Mingfeng, Deputy Director of the Corporate Compliance and Tax Planning Business Department of Liqun Institute.

Firstly, Lawyer Li Mingfeng introduced that the relationship between law and finance and taxation is similar to calligraphy and painting. Civil and commercial legal relationships are the basis for determining tax obligations in tax laws, and financial accounting and tax costs directly affect the establishment mode of civil and commercial legal relationships. Therefore, lawyers need to pay special attention to tax related issues when handling daily cases. We also hope to build an open communication platform for everyone through a series of financial and tax lectures.

Subsequently, Lawyer Zhou Yijun shared the relevant regulations on partnership enterprise taxation, analyzed the industry characteristics and tax risks of the partnership enterprise, and finally provided several suggestions on partnership enterprise tax compliance based on current tax regulations and regulatory trends of the tax department. After the meeting, everyone remained unsatisfied and continued to communicate with Lawyer Zhou regarding the tax related issues they encountered in their practice.

This sharing event also attracted colleagues from Jun'an Century (Taizhou) Law Firm, Jindao (Taizhou) Law Firm, Jingshan Law Firm, and others to participate in learning and exchange. The successful holding of the event also signifies the official opening of the Finance and Taxation Lecture Hall of Liqun Law Firm.
