2020年7月10日至12日，台州市第二期青年律师训练营在临海羊岩山火热举行，本次训练营由台州市司法局、台州市律师协会主办，台州律协青年律师委员会承办。我所李元炜、徐萍、应灵潇、张文中、顾奇誌律师与全市百余名青年律师共同参训。我所主任王新平律师担任青训营班主任，副主任黄道进律师担任青训营班长。“绿树阴浓夏日长，楼台倒影入池塘。” 风车旋动微风起，满山翠茶一院香。夏日羊岩山如诗如画，破冰行动结友谊之花，大咖授业解不惑之答，沙龙分享抒满腔情话，环山晨跑展青春风华。

乘风破浪、扬帆远航，年轻的律师们通过本次青训营，收获了情谊、收获了眼界、收获了信心，更收获了这些感悟：

张文中

三天两夜，身体游走在峰顶与峦谷其中，思维往返于事实与规范之间，可谓畅快。《论语》有云，人生四事，志于道，游于艺，依于仁，据于德。四句十二字，道尽孔圣人一生为人治学之根本。仔细想来，这四句来形容青训营的四位授课老师，恰如其分。胡瑞江老师，志大才高，醉心刑辩事业，将“过程”的零瑕疵作为追求目标。朝乾夕惕“志于道”，让青年律师，更懂立志与专注。吴清旺老师自称律图博士，通文达艺，连讲授民法典，亦是一图胜千言。用心阐释“游于艺”，提醒我们莫忘记，人格之完善。管云德老师，宽厚仁爱，谈及数次庭审中的落泪，令人动容。身体力行“依于仁”，教会大家，好律师首先应是温暖的人。蔡福友老师，儒雅如墨，身正为范，讲求情理与法理融合。以身作则“据于德”，让我们相信并选择，小胜靠技，大胜靠德。相聚时光太短，师者收获掌声，听者满载疑问。无惧，来日且方长。

应灵潇

感悟之一：在工作中、生活中要像一名律师。律师是一个随时随地与人接触的职业，这里的人包括了当事人、司法机关工作人员及潜在的客户等，因此在着装、言谈举止上要时时刻刻提醒自身，要像律师。给人留下一个好的职业印象虽然不是律师成功的决定性因素，但绝对是律师“加分”的因素。感悟之二：对于学习的追求要永无止境。学习对于律师而言没有尽头，如果一旦停止了学习，律师的职业生涯也可以宣告终结。律师的学习需做到专业上的“精”，知识面上的“宽”。专业上的“精”是由律师的职业属性所决定，因为律师是专业的法律服务从业人员，专业的精通是处理好一项法律事务的基础，而知识面上的“宽”有助于更全面分析理解法律事务，从而找到最恰当的处理方案。   感悟之三：对于写作、口头表达能力的训练要坚持不懈。好的专业文章不仅是律师专业能力的外在表现，而且写作对于律师而言，其过程也是对专业知识梳理总结的过程，同时也是对于某个法律问题研究思考的过程。口头表达则是更注重提炼和逻辑性，需要通过言简意赅的语言将自己的观点、想法有条理地展现给众人。写作和口头表达能力是律师不可或缺的能力，贯穿着整个律师执业生涯，需要不断地训练和提高。感悟之四：对于执业风险的防控，要时刻警钟长鸣。律师往往热衷于对他人的事务发表意见，风险防控，有时却忽略了自身的执业风险防控。在执业的过程中，维护当事人合法权益固然重要，但自身的执业风险防控更加重要，要把握好“可为”与“不可为”的度。律师只有把自身的风险防控做好才能更好的为当事人服务，不然可能闹出当事人没出事，而律师出事了的笑话。感悟之五：律师除了工作，要需要生活。律师的本职工作是处理委托人的“烦心事”，而长久不断地工作往往也会影响到自己的情绪和身体。因此在完成工作之余，律师需要保持心情愉悦及身体健康，在工作之外要寻找自己喜欢的兴趣活动，劳逸结合才能更好的为客户服务。结语：美好的时光总是短暂的，天下无不散的宴席，青训营在大家的欢声笑语中拉下了帷幕。最后在此感谢台州市司法局、台州市律师协会对青年律师的关心及重视。

李元炜

一、青年律师要有担当台州市司法局副局长马健在开营典礼中致辞，他希望青年律师应当坚信理想和信念，肩负时代重任。我认为青年律师除了发展业务外，更应有一份对行业的担当和使命感。坚持党的领导，在各自区域内发挥带头作用。二、青年律师要讲合作青训营报到当天下午，进行了一次“破冰行为”拓展训练。全体学员在导师的指导下，以游戏的形式相互认识、相互介绍。我认为，当今律师行业，每位律师在各自的专业领域内越来越追求精细，越来越注重团队合作以及行业内的合作。参加训练营的各位优秀青年律师，平时接触的机会不多，通过这次“破冰行为”正好能加深相互间的了解，为方便今后相互间的业务交流和合作起到了积极的促进作用。俗话讲：“要想走得快靠一个人，要想走得远靠一群人”。青年律师在自己的律所和协会中要学会带团队，要学会利他，培养合作意识，从而提高自己的专业水平的和业务量。三、青年律师要懂分享青训期间，班委会连续两晚设置了交流分享活动，分别由第一期的优秀学员和第二期的小组推选学员为全体参加青训的优秀青年律师分享各自在成长进阶道路上的感悟、收获、心得等。期间还有吴清旺博士、胡瑞江主任、蔡福友会长、管云德主任等多位业内资深大咖为学员的分享进行点评，同时为全体学员分享自己的成功心得。我认为，通过这样的分享活动，能够让我们青年律师更加快速地认识到自己的不足，借鉴成功经验，消除成长过程中的迷茫。而在今后的职业生涯中，我们也要学会善于他人分享，在分享过程中，不光可以帮助更多的青年律师，也可以总结自己，提高自己。四、青年律师要加强学习。本次青训安排了多位耳熟能详的律界大咖围绕民法、刑法等专业领域以及律师礼仪、律师职业纪律等方面为全体学员进行授课。让我记忆深刻地还属吴清旺博士的讲座，他是我崇拜已久的师伯，多年前便细读了他的大作，但是在这次授课中还是发现自己没有达到他的最低要求，实在羞愧难当。青年律师真的不停下学习的脚步，我们通往成功的道路真的还好远。五、青年律师要加强锻炼、保持健康。青训期间，班委会专门设置了晨跑的活动。早上6点，随着闹钟的响起，恋恋不舍地离开柔软的枕头，一番收拾后来到集合点，猛然发现清晨的阳光是如此的和煦，微风拂面，令人心旷神怡。貌似大学以后，许久没有体会到如此美妙的感觉。大家两人一排，环山前进，一边呼吸着新鲜空气，一边领略着羊岩山美景。我不禁想着唐代大诗人白居易的“如获终老地，忽乎不知还。架岩结茅宇，斫壑开茶园”的美妙诗句。跑了半程，我已是气喘吁吁，同所的运动健将张梁关心到：“怎么了，这就跑不动了”。我拍拍晃荡的大肚腩不禁感慨：哎，真的要减肥了。青年律师在平时的工作中，要学要做的事情很多很多，基本上属于坐多站少、想多动少。“身体是革命的本钱”虽然常伴耳侧，但真的执行起来却少了几分坚持。希望通过这次青训晨跑，化酸痛为力量，坚持锻炼，以更饱满的姿态投身律师事业。三天的时间，我们付出了汗水、付出了时间，却收获了知识，收获了友谊。作为青年律师，我们要自强、自律，有担当、讲合作、懂分享。我们作为新时代的青年律师，应当为了行业的发展、法治社会的进程、民族伟大复兴的中国梦而努力奋斗。青训有期、情谊无涯！时代正好，我正年轻！再会，羊岩山！再会，同学们！

顾奇誌

一、端正态度，我们要学会“找事做”而不是“等事做”机会永远是留给有准备的人。当你在抱怨青年律师的生存坏境差，没案源，收入低时，我们又是否想过这么一个问题——造成这样的局面，你自身就不存在问题吗？有多少青年律师是这样一个状态，在所里“浑水摸鱼”，能八点上班绝不在七点就到单位；做事情永远是“磨洋工”，能一个小时完成的事非要用两个小时完成。我们应首先端正自己的态度，找准自己的定位，学会主动地“找事做”，而不是以逸待劳。二、细节决定成败优秀的律师你能发现他们身上有一个共同的优点，细致。不管是平时的穿衣打扮，还是工作中待客办案，优秀的律师都会考虑每一个细节，追求细致。而这也正是我们青年律师所欠缺的。毛躁、粗心是广大青年律师无法甩掉的包袱。三、把控风险，赚该赚的钱《礼记.中庸》第二十章《鲁哀公问政》中有句曰：“凡事预则立，不预则废。”比喻不论做什么事，事先有准备，就能得到成功，不然就会失败。特别是律师这个“高风险”的职业，要想成为一名优秀的律师，前提就是你要懂得如何保护自己。不管是在何种场合，我们都应当坚守一名法律人的底线。四、注重交流，记住我们不是一个人在战斗律师执业过程中我们会接触各行各业的人，“三人行必有我师”，告诉我们要注重交流与分享，每一次交流与分享都是思想的碰撞，也会增进彼此的友谊。同时，青年律师要走出去，积极参加高端的论坛、培训、开拓视野，不仅要脚踏实地，也要抬头看路。极致的个人英雄主义只存在于童话里，律师行业从来都是互帮互助，相互扶持。我们只有先学会尊重同行，才能得到更多的认可与机会。

2018年，我因故与第一期青训营失之交臂。周边有不少一期学员，他们时不时谈起青训营，各个都眼里有光，心中有火。那时，我就开始期待第二期青训营能早日举办。等了将近两年，终于如愿参加了第二期的青训营。青训营让我们年轻律师接触到多位无私奉献宝贵人生经验的资深律师，为青年律师指明道路，少走弯路。律师以法律为业，不能失去对法律的信仰。在破冰行动中，青年律师隐约都透露出忧患意识和紧迫意识，普遍都受案源少、收费低的困扰。蔡福友主任告诉我们小胜靠技、大胜靠德。胡瑞江主任告诫我们要怀着恐惧的心去办案。吴清旺主任提到站着把钱挣了。律师是职业的法律人，要勤勉，培养专业素养。胡瑞江主任鼓励我们做才有用。管云德主任教导我们沉下心、努力办。吴清旺主任给我们敲响警钟：认真不够、投入时间不够，专业化也是低级的专业化。律师是法律职业共同体的重要成员，要有格局，有社会担当和情怀。吴清旺主任向青年律师展现了工作之外丰富精彩的人生经历。胡瑞江表达了他对于律师执业如何获得尊崇，以及如何与法官、检察官等职业构建命运共同的渴望。蔡福友主任寄语青年律师要专业勤勉，才有实力实现社会担当，对社会有所贡献。平日，我为立稳脚跟，埋头办案，只能看到自己。这三天两晚的青训营，让我见天地，见众生，拓展了视野，就如向我平静的日常扔了几块大石，内心起了波澜，快被消磨的激情又死灰复燃，迷茫的未来似乎多了点确定。青训营给青年律师带来成长，这经历是我们人生中无与伦比的宝贵财富，当珍视之，继而勇敢迈出人生不可知却充满期待的下一步。

可回的忆两年前身临过“红叶满山溪、黄菊绕东篱”的秋日羊岩山，是安谧、是静雅、是空灵。初入首期青训营，我的身份是学员，略显青涩、满目迷茫、颇多忧思，“梧桐更兼细雨，怎一个愁字了得！” 这并非 “为赋新词强说愁”，而是彼时的情和境真的是阶段性低谷。闻着律界前辈的经历，听着同龄人的见识，看着拔尖者的优越感，越发感觉差距很大，自己入行时间不可谓短，历练不可谓少，却为何好像一无所有。信心值千金也正是首期青训营的经历，让我转换了心境，收获了信心。便是从这点点滴滴发酵的：我作为全场唯一的学员代表发言，获得领导和同学的好评；我负责接送两位省城导师，给了我得天独厚的交流机会；我负责编写的青训营活动公众号，被网易、搜狐、台州日报、省市律协转发；正因青训营的表现，我被选送参加省律协“青干班”培养，我看到了更广阔的舞台，结识了更多更优秀的同行朋友。由此可见，信心是价值连城的东西，可以改变一个人的遇事心态和处事方式，给予人无穷能量。一别经年，又见羊岩夏日的羊岩微雨过，小荷翻，茶树翠欲然。是生机，是热烈。再入二届青训营，我的身份是工作人员，轻车熟路、卸下包袱、多几分淡然。我可以从容地和导师们交流和玩笑，可以淡定地和同学们探讨和讲述。当然，作为工作人员，配合班主任、班长把学员们服务好必不可少，签到、拍照、陪跑、监考、一起打球盖个帽。但我也有一丝“忧扰”，这帮比自己快小一轮的后浪太过优秀，他们更敢于表达、沟通，更善于利用新的工具提高效率，利用新的途径获取信息，利用新的方式解决问题。真当是第一排坐着的前浪们还在汹涌澎湃，这些后浪们已经风生水起。最后写两点最深的印象：一是吴清旺老师说师之大者，必涉猎广且精深，古之大师，诗书画篆刻缺一不可，不要让业务专业化成为怠于学习的借口，广泛的兴趣爱好并非不务正业。二是胡瑞江老师（网红胡）说不够优秀是因为你没有按照优秀的标准要求自己。二者有异曲同工之妙，更有鞭策之力。

From July 10th to 12th, 2020, the second phase of Taizhou Youth Lawyer Training Camp was held in Yangyan Mountain, Linhai. The training camp was organized by the Taizhou Judicial Bureau and Taizhou Lawyers Association, and undertaken by the Taizhou Lawyers Association Youth Lawyers Committee. Lawyers Li Yuanwei, Xu Ping, Ying Lingxiao, Zhang Wenzhong, and Gu Qizhi from our institute participated in the training together with over a hundred young lawyers from the city. Our director, Lawyer Wang Xinping, serves as the class teacher of the youth training camp, and the deputy director, Lawyer Huang Daojin, serves as the class monitor of the youth training camp. The green trees are shaded and the summer is long, and the reflection of the tower is reflected in the pond. "The windmill swirls and a gentle breeze rises, and the mountains are filled with green tea and the courtyard is fragrant. In summer, Yangyan Mountain is picturesque and picturesque, with ice breaking actions forming the flower of friendship, experts imparting knowledge and answers without confusion, salons sharing and expressing their love stories, and running around the mountain in the morning showcases the charm of youth.

Through this youth training camp, young lawyers have gained friendship, vision, confidence, and even these insights by riding the wind and waves and sailing far away:

Zhang Wenzhong

For three days and two nights, the body swims between the peaks and valleys, and the mind shuttles between facts and norms, which can be described as carefree. The Analects of Confucius states that the four things in life are determined by the Tao, guided by art, based on benevolence, and based on virtue. Four sentences and twelve words are the fundamental principles of Confucius' lifelong academic pursuits. Upon careful consideration, these four sentences are appropriate to describe the four teaching teachers at the youth training camp. Teacher Hu Ruijiang is ambitious and talented, dedicated to the cause of criminal law and debate, and pursuing zero flaws in the "process" as his goal. The morning and evening are devoted to the Tao, making young lawyers more aware of determination and focus. Mr. Wu Qingwang calls himself a doctor of law and art. Even when he teaches the Civil code, his picture is worth a thousand words. Interpret the concept of 'traveling in art' with heart, reminding us not to forget the perfection of our personality. Teacher Guan Yunde is generous and benevolent, and talking about tears in several court trials is touching. Practice the principle of 'relying on benevolence' and teach everyone that a good lawyer should first and foremost be a warm person. Teacher Cai Fuyou is as refined as ink, as a model, and emphasizes the integration of reason and law. By setting an example and relying on virtue, let us believe and choose. Small victories rely on skill, and big victories rely on virtue. The gathering time is too short, the teacher receives applause, and the listener is full of questions. Fearless, the future will be long.

Ying Lingxiao

One of my insights: Be like a lawyer in your work and life. Lawyers are a profession where people come into contact anytime and anywhere, including parties, judicial staff, and potential clients. Therefore, in terms of dress and behavior, it is important to always remind oneself to be like a lawyer. Although leaving a good professional impression is not the decisive factor for a lawyer's success, it is definitely a factor for a lawyer's "bonus points". Perception 2: The pursuit of learning should never end. Learning for lawyers has no end, and once learning is stopped, a lawyer's career can also be declared over. The study of lawyers requires professional "refinement" and broad knowledge. Professional "excellence" is determined by the professional attributes of lawyers, as lawyers are professional legal service practitioners. Professional proficiency is the foundation for handling a legal matter well, and "breadth" in knowledge helps to analyze and understand legal affairs more comprehensively, thus finding the most appropriate solution. Perception 3: Persist in training writing and oral expression skills. A good professional article is not only an external manifestation of a lawyer's professional ability, but also a process of summarizing professional knowledge and researching and thinking about a certain legal issue. Oral expression places more emphasis on refinement and logic, and requires concise and concise language to present one's viewpoints and ideas to the public in an organized manner. Writing and oral expression skills are indispensable abilities for lawyers, running through their entire career and requiring continuous training and improvement. Perception 4: For the prevention and control of professional risks, the alarm bell should always ring. Lawyers are often enthusiastic about expressing opinions on the affairs of others, risk prevention and control, but sometimes overlook their own professional risk prevention and control. In the process of practicing, it is important to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved, but the prevention and control of professional risks is even more important. It is necessary to grasp the degree of "can do" and "cannot do". Lawyers can only better serve their clients by preventing and controlling their own risks, otherwise it may create a joke that the client did not have an accident, but the lawyer did. Comprehension 5: Lawyers need to live in addition to work. The job of a lawyer is to handle clients' 'worries, and prolonged work often affects one's emotions and body. Therefore, in addition to completing work, lawyers need to maintain a happy mood and good health. They need to find their favorite activities outside of work, and work and rest can be combined to better serve customers. Conclusion: Good times are always fleeting, and all banquets end. The youth training camp has drawn the curtain amidst everyone's laughter and laughter. Li Yuanwei

1、 Young lawyers should take on the role of Deputy Director of the Taizhou Judicial Bureau, Ma Jian, and deliver a speech at the opening ceremony. He hopes that young lawyers should firmly believe in their ideals and beliefs, and shoulder the heavy responsibility of the times. I believe that young lawyers should not only develop their business, but also have a sense of responsibility and mission towards the industry. Adhere to the leadership of the Party and play a leading role in their respective regions. 2、 On the afternoon of the day when the young lawyer reported to the cooperative youth training camp, he conducted an "ice breaking behavior" expansion training. Under the guidance of the mentor, all students will get to know and introduce each other in the form of a game. I believe that in today's legal industry, every lawyer is increasingly pursuing refinement in their respective professional fields, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration within the industry. The outstanding young lawyers participating in the training camp have limited opportunities to interact with each other. Through this "ice breaking behavior", we can deepen our mutual understanding and play a positive role in facilitating future business exchanges and cooperation. As the saying goes, "If you want to walk fast, you rely on one person; if you want to walk far, you rely on a group of people. Young lawyers in their own law firms and associations should learn to lead a team, learn altruism, cultivate a sense of cooperation, and thereby improve their professional level and business volume. 3、 During the youth training period, the class committee set up two consecutive evening exchange and sharing activities, where the outstanding students from the first phase and the group from the second phase selected all outstanding young lawyers to participate in the training to share their insights, gains, and experiences on the path of growth and advancement. During this period, several senior experts in the industry, including Dr. Wu Qingwang, Director Hu Ruijiang, President Cai Fuyou, and Director Guan Yunde, also commented on the sharing of their experiences with the students, and shared their success stories with all the students. I believe that through such sharing activities, we young lawyers can quickly recognize our shortcomings, learn from successful experiences, and eliminate confusion during our growth process. In our future career, we should also learn to be good at sharing with others. In the process of sharing, we can not only help more young lawyers, but also summarize ourselves and improve ourselves. 4、 Young lawyers need to strengthen their studies. This youth training has arranged for multiple well-known legal experts to give lectures on professional fields such as civil law and criminal law, as well as on lawyer etiquette and professional discipline for all students. I deeply remember Dr. Wu Qingwang's lecture. He is a master whom I have admired for a long time. I carefully read his masterpiece many years ago, but in this lecture, I still found that I did not meet his minimum requirements, which is truly shameful. Young lawyers really don't stop learning, and our path to success is really far off. 5、 Young lawyers should strengthen exercise and maintain health. During the youth training period, the class committee specially set up morning running activities. At 6 o'clock in the morning, as the alarm clock sounded, I reluctantly left the soft pillow and tidied up before arriving at the gathering point. Suddenly, I realized that the morning sunshine was so warm, and the gentle breeze brushed my face, making me feel relaxed and happy. It seems that after college, I haven't experienced such a wonderful feeling for a long time. Everyone walked in a row around the mountain, breathing fresh air while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Yangyan Mountain. I can't help but think of the great poet Bai Juyi of the Tang Dynasty, who said, 'If one obtains the land of his last years, he suddenly doesn't know how to return it.'

Gu Qizhi

1、 With a correct attitude, we should learn to 'find something to do' instead of 'wait for something to happen'. Opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. When you complain about the poor living environment, lack of legal resources, and low income of young lawyers, have we ever thought about the problem of creating such a situation where you don't have any problems? How many young lawyers are in a state of "fishing in troubled waters" in the office, able to work at 8 o'clock and never arrive at work at 7 o'clock; Doing things is always a 'procrastination', something that can be completed in an hour must take two hours to complete. We should first correct our attitude, identify our positioning, and learn to actively "find things to do" instead of waiting for work. 2、 Details determine the success or failure of excellent lawyers. You can find that they share a common advantage, meticulousness. Whether it's dressing up in daily life or entertaining clients and handling cases at work, excellent lawyers will consider every detail and pursue meticulousness. And this is exactly what we young lawyers lack. Being restless and careless is a burden that young lawyers cannot shake off. 3、 In Chapter 20 of "The Book of Rites: The Doctrine of the Mean," there is a saying in "Duke Ai of Lu Asks for Politics," which states: "If you anticipate everything, you will stand firm; if you do not anticipate, you will give up." This metaphor means that no matter what you do, if you prepare in advance, you can achieve success, otherwise you will fail. Especially in the "high-risk" profession of lawyers, if you want to become an excellent lawyer, the prerequisite is that you need to know how to protect yourself. No matter in any situation, we should adhere to the bottom line of being a legal person. 4、 Pay attention to communication and remember that we are not alone. In the process of practicing as a combat lawyer, we will come into contact with people from all walks of life. "There must be my teacher in the three of us," which tells us to pay attention to communication and sharing. Every communication and sharing is a collision of ideas and will also enhance mutual friendship. At the same time, young lawyers should go out and actively participate in high-end forums, training, and broaden their horizons. They should not only be down-to-earth, but also look up and see the way. The ultimate personal heroism only exists in fairy tales, and the legal profession has always been mutual assistance and support. Only by learning to respect our peers can we gain more recognition and opportunities.

Xu Ping

In 2018, for some reason, I missed the first youth training camp. There are many students in the surrounding area who occasionally talk about youth training camps, each with a light in their eyes and a fire in their heart. At that time, I began to look forward to the early hosting of the second youth training camp. After waiting for nearly two years, I finally participated in the second phase of the youth training camp as I wished. The youth training camp allows us young lawyers to come into contact with multiple senior lawyers who selflessly contribute valuable life experiences, pointing the way for young lawyers and avoiding detours. Lawyers work in the law and cannot lose their faith in the law. In the ice breaking operation, young lawyers have faintly revealed a sense of concern and urgency, and are generally troubled by a small number of cases and low fees. Director Cai Fuyou told us that small victories rely on skill, while big victories rely on virtue. Director Hu Ruijiang warned us to handle cases with a heart of fear. Director Wu Qingwang mentioned earning money while standing. Lawyers are professional legal professionals who should be diligent and cultivate professional qualities. Director Hu Ruijiang encourages us to do what is useful. Director Guan Yunde teaches us to sink our hearts and work hard. Director Wu Qingwang sounded the alarm for us: insufficient seriousness, insufficient investment of time, and low-level specialization. Lawyers are important members of the legal professional community, and they should have a pattern, social responsibility, and emotions. Director Wu Qingwang presented rich and exciting life experiences beyond work to young lawyers. Hu Ruijiang expressed his desire to gain respect for the practice of lawyers and to build a shared destiny with professions such as judges and prosecutors.
