正所谓“思则慧，辩则强。”辩论，是一种艺术，也是一种学问。在辩论赛中，语言的交锋、思维的碰撞以及默契的协作都能够让我们欣赏到思辨之美。以辩才为矛，以论才为盾，7月17日晚，“慎思雄辩·以行立言”利群所第二届青年律师辩论赛在律所学术报告厅拉开帷幕。
  本次大赛采用3对3即团体辩论赛的模式，比赛分为开篇立论、自由辩论、总结陈词三个环节。我所创始合伙人周显根律师，顾问、行政法部主任李钟年律师，副主任、公司与资本市场部主任毛灵见律师，副主任、刑事部主任黄道进律师，高级合伙人、婚姻家事部主任周海龙律师担任本次辩论赛评委。

谁与争锋

赛场上正反双方唇枪舌战、观点交锋、对抗激烈。在正反双方幽默风趣的一分钟开场白后，比赛进入开篇立论环节，正反方一辩开篇立论观点明确、思路清晰。在随后的自由辩论环节中，双方更是争锋相对，剑拔弩张，现场气氛迅速升温。正方辩手们精辟的措辞，犀利的语言，展现出咄咄逼人的气势。反方言论体现哲学性，随后乘胜追击，而处处紧逼盘问正方，双方辩手毫不示弱。最后，双方三辩以完整、清晰的总结陈词结束了本场辩论赛。双方文献数据的索引能力、思维逻辑的转变能力、语言表达的精准能力在本次辩论赛中都得到了充分的考验。

As the saying goes, "Thinking leads to wisdom, and debate leads to strength." Debate is both an art and a knowledge. In the debate competition, the exchange of language, the collision of thinking, and the tacit cooperation can all allow us to appreciate the beauty of speculation. On the evening of July 17, the second Youth Lawyers Debate Competition of Liqun Law Firm opened in the academic Lecture hall of the law firm.

This competition adopts a 3 on 3 team debate competition model, which is divided into three stages: opening argument, free debate, and summarizing speeches. Our founding partner, Lawyer Zhou Xiangen, consultant and Director of the Administrative Law Department, Lawyer Li Zhongnian, Deputy Director and Director of the Company and Capital Markets Department, Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Deputy Director and Director of the Criminal Department, Lawyer Huang Daojin, Senior Partner and Director of the Marriage and Family Affairs Department, Lawyer Zhou Hailong, served as judges for this debate competition.

The Contender

On the field, both sides engaged in verbal battles, exchanged opinions, and faced off fiercely. After a humorous and witty one minute opening speech from both sides, the competition enters the opening argument stage, where both sides have clear arguments and clear ideas. In the subsequent free debate segment, the two sides were even more at odds, with swords drawn and the atmosphere rapidly warming up. The incisive wording and sharp language of the legitimate debaters demonstrate an aggressive aura. The anti dialect theory embodies philosophical nature, and then takes advantage of the victory to pursue it, while pressing and questioning the right side everywhere, with both sides showing no weakness in their arguments. Finally, both sides concluded the debate with a complete and clear summary of their statements. The indexing ability, logical transformation ability, and precise language expression ability of both parties' literature data have been fully tested in this debate competition.

At the end of the competition, the judges analyzed each contestant's logical problems, theoretical viewpoints, and debate skills in each stage, and provided detailed guidance for the debaters.
