2020年5月28日15时08分，十三届全国人大三次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国民法典》，宣告中国“民法典时代”正式到来。

《中华人民共和国民法典》共7编、1260条，各编依次为总则、物权、合同、人格权、婚姻家庭、继承、侵权责任，以及附则。

《中华人民共和国民法典》（简称《民法典》）的出台意味着新的学习浪潮的到来，6月13日、14日，“利群名家大讲坛”第二讲邀请到我国知名青年法学学者、《民法总则要义——规范释论与判解集注》作者、深度参与民法典立法工作的李宇副教授作《民法典》新条文重点解读。
