5月11日晚，正值台州市律师协会开展2020年优秀论文评选活动之际，利群所积极举办了律师实务理论研讨会。此次活动旨在搭建律师之间经验交流分享的互动平台，提升律师的法学理论素养和实务能力，形成良好的学习研究氛围。

本次研讨会共征集论文21篇，经过初审，选出12篇论文参加汇报。汇报论文的律师与大家分享了论文撰写思路、内容，探讨对相关法律的理解，充分展示自己的观点。

我所主任王新平律师，创始合伙人周显根律师，顾问柳泖、李钟年律师，副主任毛灵见律师作为评委对论文作了精彩点评，在肯定论文的同时，也对个别不足之处提出了中肯的意见和建议，并与论文作者围绕论文观点、逻辑构成、法律实践等方面进行了探讨与交流。与会律师也积极参与提问，台上台下互动热烈，研讨会上学术氛围浓厚。

综合评审后，本次研讨会共评出一等奖2篇、二等奖3篇、三等奖4篇、入围奖3篇，并进行了表彰。

实务理论研讨会是利群律师每年的“必修课”，通过研讨会不仅锻炼了律师的文字功底和语言表达能力，也给各位律师对于实务理论研究提供了新的思路。更重要的是，通过交流分享，提高了各位律师问题挖掘与逻辑思维的能力，这对利群律师的业务水平和实操能力有着极大的促进作用。

On the evening of May 11th, on the occasion of the Taizhou Lawyers Association's 2020 Excellent Paper Selection Activity, Liqun Institute actively held a seminar on lawyer practice theory. This activity aims to build an interactive platform for exchanging and sharing experiences among lawyers, enhance their legal theoretical literacy and practical abilities, and create a good learning and research atmosphere.

A total of 21 papers were collected for this seminar, and after preliminary review, 12 papers were selected to participate in the presentation. The lawyer who reported the paper shared with everyone the writing ideas and content of the paper, explored their understanding of relevant laws, and fully demonstrated their own views.

Our director, Lawyer Wang Xinping, founding partner, Lawyer Zhou Xiangen, consultants, Lawyers Liu Mao and Li Zhongnian, and Deputy Director, Lawyer Mao Lingjian, as judges, made excellent comments on the paper. While affirming the paper, they also provided relevant opinions and suggestions for individual shortcomings. They also discussed and exchanged ideas with the paper author on the viewpoints, logical composition, legal practice, and other aspects of the paper. The attending lawyers also actively participated in questioning, with enthusiastic interaction on and off stage, and a strong academic atmosphere at the seminar.

After comprehensive evaluation, a total of 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes, and 3 finalists were selected for this seminar, and commendations were given.

The practical theory seminar is an annual "compulsory course" for Liqun lawyers. Through the seminar, not only have lawyers' writing skills and language expression abilities been honed, but also new ideas have been provided for lawyers to study practical theory. More importantly, through communication and sharing, the ability of lawyers to explore problems and logical thinking has been improved, which greatly promotes the professional level and practical ability of Liqun lawyers.
