10月21日，第三期台州市服务民营经济发展系列讲座在利群所学术报告厅如期举行。本次讲座，我们很荣幸的邀请到了上海市锦天成律师事务所合伙人、上市公司独立董事孙义坤律师为我们谈谈《企业上市业务的相关法律问题与操作实务》。

孙律师从企业上市的好处和弊端入手，介绍了企业上市不同板块间的区别，并对企业上市法律尽职调查的方法和内容及关注点做出了详细的讲解，最后对企业上市易触碰红线的几个问题以及律师在IPO业务中被处罚的原因做了总结概括，并与我所律师进行了良好的交流互动，大家纷纷表示受益匪浅。

On October 21, the third series of lectures on Taizhou serving the development of private economy was held in the academic Lecture hall of Liqun Institute as scheduled. In this lecture, we are honored to invite Lawyer Sun Yikun, a partner of Shanghai Jintiancheng Law Firm and independent director of a listed company, to discuss "Legal Issues and Operational Practices related to Enterprise Listing Business" for us.

Lawyer Sun started with the advantages and disadvantages of corporate listing, introduced the differences between different sectors of corporate listing, and provided a detailed explanation of the methods, content, and focus of legal due diligence for corporate listing. Finally, he summarized several issues that are prone to red lines when companies go public, as well as the reasons for lawyers being punished in IPO business. He also had good communication and interaction with our lawyers, and everyone expressed that they have benefited greatly.
