12月22日上午，台州市律师协会邀请了临沂市律师协会副会长兼秘书长、山东今海瑞律师事务所主任刘海亮律师为台州的律师们作“法律顾问业务开展和律所团队建设”讲座。同日下午，刘海亮律师又做客利群所学术报告厅，为利群律师传授“法律服务推广谈判18招”。

作为律师，法律谈判为其必备技能，其重要性不言而喻。刘海亮律师首先为大家总结出法律事务谈判前、谈判过程中需要注意的要点和原则，结合不同谈判情境，对谈判思路、信息维度等方面的重要性进行了剖析，并强调了优质的法律服务，应当做到结果可预见、过程可看见、成效可评测。此外，刘律师针对如何说服客户，提炼了认清谈判过程中的规律、法律服务的有形化、锻造优秀团队等种种方法经验。
