2019年8月18日上午，浙江利群律师事务所首届法律文化节在新办公场所银泰城6幢3F学术报告厅隆重举行。台州市委政法委副书记谢菊初，台州市人民检察院挂职副检察长汪江连，台州市司法局调研员、市律师行业党委书记虞彪，台州市司法局律工处处长、市律师协会秘书长梁丰，台州市椒江区司法局局长朱福高，台州市椒江区妇联主席李媛，台州市椒江区司法局副局长崔宗书等领导出席开幕式。开幕式由利群所主任助理王莹律师主持。

台州市司法局调研员、市律师行业党委书记虞彪发表了致辞，他称赞法律文化节为法治宣传的一场年度盛宴，强调法律文化节是贯彻习近平总书记依法治国思想的重要举措，是促进法律职业共同体建设的有效途径。他鼓励全体律师积极参与法律文化节，不忘初心，牢记使命，共同建设中国特色社会主义法治社会，并祝愿活动圆满成功。

在大家热烈的掌声中，台州市委政法委副书记谢菊初，台州市人民检察院挂职副检察长汪江连，台州市司法局调研员、市律师行业党委书记虞彪，台州市椒江区司法局局长朱福高，台州市椒江区妇联主席李媛，利群律师事务所主任王新平律师共同上台，一同按下启动手印，“法律文化节”就此拉开帷幕。

随后举行利群所刊即《利群律师》学术顾问聘任仪式，上海财经大学法学院副教授李宇、中国计量大学法学院副教授汪江连、中国人民大学律师学院兼职教授林晨作为学术顾问中的三位代表上台接受聘书。

接着，创始合伙人周显根律师，顾问柳泖、李钟年律师为利群所刑事部、行政法部等十大专业部门负责人颁发任命书。

为贯彻落实全国律协《关于扶持青年律师发展的指导意见》等文件的精神，进一步加强对青年律师的培育工作，利群所在全市律师同行业中率先宣布成立青年律师工作部。

为了强化青年律师法治教育，全体青年律师在青工部副主任张梁律师的带领下，在台州市司法局律工处副处长徐吕贞、台州市椒江区司法局律工科科长施赛眉的监誓下，面对庄严的国旗进行宣誓。

本次法律文化节，还举行了隆重的揭牌仪式。台州市委政法委副书记谢菊初，台州市司法局调研员、市律师行业党委书记虞彪两位领导一起为“台州市服务民营经济发展法律研究基地”揭牌；台州市椒江区妇联主席李媛，利群律师事务所副主任、妇委会主任郑晓丹律师一起为“台州市椒江区妇女儿童法律服务中心”揭牌。

开幕式结束后，法律文化节第一个活动“学术沙龙”精彩呈现。上海财经大学法学院副教授李宇博士以《中国民法典草案的新进展》为题，全面介绍了民法典的立法进程，他深入浅出的授课方式赢得了在座听众的阵阵掌声。

下午为一年一度的“利群论坛”，浙江省高级法院行政庭马国贤法官以自己多年的审判实践经验，做了一场《行政审判实务》的专题讲座，并与与会人员积极互动交流，大家听后表示受益匪浅。

二天时间，法律文化节将开展服务民营经济发展法律专题、刑事业务技能分享、青年律师辩论赛等多元化活动。法律文化节，既是利群律师们的节日，更是为所有到场来宾奉献的一场法律的饕餮盛宴。通过活动，向更多人传播法治文明和法律文化，以共建法治社会的涓涓细流为推进法治中国建设积聚蓬勃力量！

Subsequently, an academic consultant appointment ceremony was held for Liqun, namely Liqun Lawyer. Li Yu, associate professor of the Law School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Wang Jianglian, associate professor of the Law School of China Jiliang University, and Lin Chen, part-time professor of the Inns of Court of Renmin University of China, came to the stage as three representatives of the academic consultants to accept the appointment.

Subsequently, the founding partner, Lawyer Zhou Xiangen, and consultants, Lawyers Liu Mao and Li Zhongnian, issued appointment letters to the heads of ten major professional departments such as the Criminal Department and Administrative Law Department of Liqun Institute.

In order to implement the spirit of the "Guiding Opinions on Supporting the Development of Young Lawyers" and other documents issued by the National Lawyers Association, and further strengthen the cultivation of young lawyers, Liqun is the first in the city's lawyer industry to announce the establishment of a Youth Lawyer Work Department.

In order to strengthen the education of young lawyers on the rule of law, all young lawyers, under the leadership of lawyer Zhang Liang, deputy director of the Ministry of Youth Industry, under the supervision of Xu Lvzhen, deputy director of the Legal Industry Department of Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Justice, and Shi Saimei, head of the Legal Engineering Section of Taizhou Jiaojiang District Bureau of Justice, swore to the solemn national flag.

This legal culture festival also held a grand unveiling ceremony. Xie Juchu, Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, and Yu Biao, Researcher of the Taizhou Judicial Bureau and Secretary of the Municipal Lawyer Industry Party Committee, jointly unveiled the "Taizhou Legal Research Base for Serving Private Economic Development"; Li Yuan, President of Jiaojiang District Women's Federation of Taizhou City, and Zheng Xiaodan, Deputy Director of Liqun Law Firm and Director of the Women's Committee, jointly unveiled the "Jiaojiang District Women and Children's Legal Service Center of Taizhou City".

After the opening ceremony, the first activity of the Legal Culture Festival, the "Academic Salon," was presented with excitement. Dr. Li Yu, an associate professor of the Law School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, gave a comprehensive introduction to the legislative process of the Civil code of China under the title of "New Progress in the Draft of the Civil code of China". His teaching method in simple terms won applause from the audience.

In the afternoon, as the annual "Liqun Forum", Judge Ma Guoxian of the Administrative Division of the Zhejiang Provincial High Court gave a special lecture on "Administrative Trial Practice" based on his years of trial practice experience, and actively interacted and exchanged ideas with the attendees. After listening, everyone expressed great benefits.

In the next two days, the Legal Culture Festival will carry out diversified activities such as serving the development of private economy with legal topics, sharing criminal business skills, and youth lawyer debate competitions. The Legal Culture Festival is not only a festival for Liqun lawyers, but also a feast of law for all present guests.
