2022年1月20日上午，利群公益法治宣讲团成员顾奇誌律师受台州市商务局邀请，为台州市商务局及各区县粮食和储备局副局长、业务科长和粮食储备公司负责人作《行政机关在执法过程中应注意哪些合规问题》专题培训。

顾律师从法理基础、法律概念、法律适用等多方面为与会人员解读如何依法依规履行行政职责，同时围绕行政执法的方式、步骤、时间、顺序强调了程序的重要性，并结合自身实操案例，指出在行政执法程序中可能出现的问题或疏漏。

本次专题培训有理论、有实践、有抓手，不仅强化了行政机关工作人员的依法行政意识，而且为今后行政机关进一步做好依法行政提供了有益的借鉴。服务法治政府建设
