10月24日，群公告“...先导航到临海河头镇，再导航到临海羊岩山庄...”。10月29日，黄班长又叮嘱：“...你先导航到河头镇，再导航到羊岩山庄，不然山路不好开...”在老师们再三叮嘱下，开过十八弯的盘山公路，来到了羊岩山庄，开启了为期三天两夜的台州市第三期“青年律师训练营”。

十分荣幸能参加到这次的青训营，遇到了优秀的同学，听到了难得的导师分享授课，省律协副会长叶明、厚启所主任邓楚开、市律协副会长蔡福友、咏墨所主任钱一一，以及市律师协会纪律与惩戒委员会副秘书长张先福老师，师资雄厚。从清晨六点半到夜晚十点半，行程紧凑、课程丰富、形式多样、收获满载、感悟颇多。

这次青训营中，我们二组的陈灵光律师特别令我印象深刻。不同于我这个初出茅庐的青年律师，陈律师算是我们组中的前辈青年律师。在小组吃饭闲聊时，陈律师分享了自己向妻子求婚时的趣事，他与妻子说到，“嫁给我，你会得到一个年入百万甚至千万的丈夫。”在晚上的沙龙分享会中，陈律师表达了自己对于情怀、得失的感想，并分享了自己的执业经历。十年的执业时间中，不乏有其他的律师事务所提出给他更好的条件让他转换律所，但就因为刚工作时师傅为他争取到的每个月600元生活交通费，他拒绝了许多能让自己生活更上一层的发展机会。当时我的内心十分感动与佩服，感动于陈律师的感恩之心，感动于陈律师的坚持与坚定，佩服于陈律师的情怀与舍得。训练营结束后，陈律师同我讲，他这次学到了合作、胸襟与传承，而我想说的是，这也正是我所感受到的，当一个人有坚定的信念，有不变的情怀，有炽热滚烫的内心，那么他离成功又能有多远呢？

作为青年律师，总是绕不开案源与专业选择的问题。几位导师与同学都分享了自己的经验，真诚且毫无保留。借着这篇感悟，我也将自己因当时的胆怯而未能在沙龙分享会中表达的感想表达一下。从一开始我就坚定的选择我要将刑事辩护作为我主要的专业方向，一方面是因为我的兴趣，一方面也是有自己的一份情怀，我希望能为社会发挥一点我的价值。我认为犯罪是一个社会无法根除的病症，如同人的新陈代谢，刑罚好比将一个社会老化、病变、有害的犯罪细胞代谢出去，而这个代谢的过程一定要尽可能的准确、有效。在这个尽可能准确代谢的过程中刑辩律师又好比是一个把关者、一个更细致的“筛网”，为被告人辩护，为“坏人”辩护，维护“恶人”的权益。同时我也认为，公诉与辩护是双向奔赴的，只有这样才能更好的体现公正，让应该得到处罚的人心服口服，让可能被冤枉的人感受到正义。但对我来说，做一个刑事辩护律师的起步确实比较艰难，现实中作为一个刚执业不久的青年律师，也应该多接触不同的案件类型，我也常常因为现实问题感到焦虑，但我自认为我从没有因为我的执业方向迷茫过，因为我不曾丢掉过对于刑辩律师的初衷，这也是我内心对此最不可替代的踏实感。

作为辩护律师，邓博士的授课尤其可贵与实用，不仅从理论与实践讲解了辩护词的写作方式、结构组织，更是从律师的办案实操为我们分析了辩护词该什么时候发表，提交给谁，开庭时的辩护意见与准备的辩护词的不同，辩护词与质证意见的衔接等等关键问题，而这些问题恰恰就是平时工作中时常感到困惑的问题，经过邓主任的分享授课，我顿时豁然开朗。

黄班长在出发前还在叮嘱我注意行车安全，导航到更平缓的路径，但实际我嫌麻烦“阴奉阳违”，开的还是那条路况不好的默认导航路线。九曲十八弯的盘山公路，开着车窗，时不时的能闻到来自秋天忽浓忽淡的桂花香，这不正是我们作为青年律师的道路轨迹吗。一道又一道的弯，经过小弯时我们减速慢行，经过大弯时我们鸣笛示意，我们一点一点的去克服，却又在这个过程中，时不时的碰到惊喜，感受到案件办理中的满足感与成就感。更何况在律师建设越来越完善，律师队伍越来越有爱的如今，有经验丰富的导师无保留的分享经验，有“娘家”前辈的爱护，我相信自己一定能在不断克服、不断惊喜、不断成长的过程中，最终成为自己所期待的，优秀的律师。

在这次青训营中，我收获的是经验，是知识，是真诚，得到了授课老师的亲签本，也通过满分的成绩获得党史知识竞赛一等奖，这是我的荣幸，亦是我的自豪。

With the repeated instructions of the teachers, drive through the eighteen winding mountain road and arrive at Yangyan Mountain Villa, opening the third "Youth Lawyer Training Camp" in Taizhou City for three days and two nights.

It is a great honor to participate in this youth training camp, where I met excellent classmates and heard rare lectures from mentors. Ye Ming, Vice President of the Provincial Lawyers Association, Deng Chukai, Director of Houqi Institute, Cai Fuyou, Vice President of the Municipal Lawyers Association, Qian Yiyi, Director of Yongmo Institute, and Zhang Xianfu, Deputy Secretary General of the Discipline and Punishment Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association have strong teaching staff. From 6:30 am to 10:30 pm, the itinerary is compact, the courses are rich, the forms are diverse, the harvest is full, and there are many insights.

In this youth training camp, Lawyer Chen Lingguang from our second group left a deep impression on me. Unlike me, a novice young lawyer, Lawyer Chen is considered a senior young lawyer in our group. During a group meal and chat, Lawyer Chen shared his interesting story of proposing to his wife. He said to his wife, "Marry me, you will get a husband who earns millions or even millions of years." In the evening salon sharing, Lawyer Chen expressed his feelings for emotions, gains and losses, and shared his professional experience. During his ten years of practice, there were other law firms that offered him better conditions to switch to a law firm. However, due to the monthly transportation fee of 600 yuan that his master had secured for him when he first started working, he refused many development opportunities that could take his life to the next level. At that time, I was deeply moved and admired, moved by Lawyer Chen's gratitude, moved by Lawyer Chen's persistence and determination, and admired Lawyer Chen's emotions and willingness. After the training camp, Lawyer Chen told me that he had learned cooperation, breadth of mind, and inheritance this time. What I want to say is that this is exactly what I feel. When a person has firm beliefs, unchanging emotions, and a burning heart, how far can they go to success?

As a young lawyer, I always have to deal with the issue of the source of the case and the choice of profession. Several mentors and classmates shared their experiences sincerely and without reservation. Through this insight, I also express my feelings that I was unable to express during the salon sharing due to my shyness at the time. From the beginning, I firmly chose to make criminal defense my main professional direction. On the one hand, it is because of my interests, and on the other hand, I also have my own feelings. I hope to play a role in society. I believe that crime is an incurable disease in society, such as the metabolism of individuals. Punishment is like metabolizing aging, diseased, and harmful criminal cells in a society, and this metabolic process must be as accurate and effective as possible. In this process of metabolism as accurately as possible, the criminal defense lawyer is like a gatekeeper and a more detailed "sieve", defending the defendant, the "bad guys", and safeguarding the rights and interests of the "bad guys". At the same time, I also believe that prosecution and defense go both ways. Only in this way can justice be better reflected, those who deserve punishment be convinced, and those who may be wronged feel justice. But for me, being a Criminal defense lawyer is really a difficult start. In reality, as a young lawyer who has just started practicing, I should also be more exposed to different types of cases. I often feel anxious because of practical problems, but I think I have never been confused because of my practice direction, because I have never lost my original intention for criminal defense lawyers, which is also the most irreplaceable sense of steadfastness in my heart.

As a defense lawyer, Dr. Deng's teaching is particularly valuable and practical. It not only explains the writing method and structural organization of defense statements from theory and practice, but also analyzes key issues such as when defense statements should be published, to whom they should be submitted, the differences between defense opinions and prepared defense statements during the trial, and the connection between defense statements and cross-examination opinions from the lawyer's practical handling of cases, And these problems are exactly the ones that I often feel confused about in my daily work. After Director Deng's sharing and teaching, I suddenly became enlightened.

Before departure, squad leader Huang still advised me to pay attention to driving safety and navigate to a smoother path, but in reality, I found it troublesome to "go against the sun" and drove the default navigation route with poor road conditions. The winding mountain road, with its windows open, can occasionally smell the strong and weak fragrance of osmanthus from autumn. Isn't this the trajectory of our path as young lawyers. We took turns one after another, slowed down when passing small turns, honked our horns when passing large turns, and gradually overcame them. However, during this process, we occasionally encountered surprises and felt a sense of satisfaction and achievement in handling cases. Moreover, as the construction of lawyers is becoming more and more perfect and the legal team is becoming more and more loving, with experienced mentors sharing their experiences without reservation and the love and care of the "mother's family" seniors, I believe that I will be able to overcome, surprise, and grow continuously, and ultimately become the excellent lawyer I expect.

In this youth training camp, I gained experience, knowledge, and sincerity. I was personally signed by the teaching teacher and won the first prize in the Party History Knowledge Competition with a perfect score. This is my honor and also my pride.
