刑事阅卷笔录的制作是刑辩律师的基本功，它直接影响律师对案件事实的把控、案件证据的审查、法律文书的制作等各项环节，一份好的阅卷笔录对办理刑事案件起着事半功倍的效果。9月27日晚，利群律师事务所和元象律师事务所联合开展业务培训，邀请了北京德恒（杭州）律师事务所牟卫鹏律师作《刑事阅卷笔录的制作方法》为主题的实务分享。本次培训由利群所刑事部副主任张梁律师主持。

会上，牟卫鹏律师结合自身多年的实务经历，从为什么要做阅卷笔录、阅卷的准备、阅卷的思路和制作阅卷笔录四个方面与与会律师详细讲解了刑事案件阅卷笔录制作心得，指出不同种类证据的摘录要点和注意事项，并给大家分享了搭建阅卷笔录框架的基本方法和具体的实施步骤。

期间，牟律师还穿插介绍了制作阅卷笔录所需的实用办公软件、刑辩工具书、律师和检察官审查证据工作指引等多个实用文件，可谓干货满满。

The production of criminal examination transcripts is a fundamental skill of criminal defense lawyers, which directly affects the lawyer's control of case facts, examination of case evidence, and production of legal documents. A good examination transcript plays a more effective role in handling criminal cases with half the effort. On the evening of September 27th, Liqun Law Firm and Yuanxiang Law Firm jointly conducted business training and invited Mou Weipeng, a lawyer from Beijing Deheng (Hangzhou) Law Firm, to give a practical sharing on the theme of "The Method of Making Criminal Examination Record". This training is hosted by Lawyer Zhang Liang, Deputy Director of the Criminal Department of Liqun Institute.

At the meeting, Lawyer Mou Weipeng, based on his years of practical experience, explained in detail to the attending lawyers the experience of making criminal case scoring records from four aspects: why to make scoring records, preparation for scoring, thinking for scoring, and making scoring records. He pointed out the key points and precautions for extracting different types of evidence, and shared with everyone the basic methods and specific implementation steps for building a scoring record framework.

During this period, Lawyer Mou also interspersed multiple practical documents such as practical office software, criminal defense reference books, and guidelines for lawyers and prosecutors to review evidence, which can be said to be full of resources.

After the training, the attending lawyers all expressed great benefits.
