2018年12月29日下午，浙江金港船业股份有限公司破产清算案第二次债权人会议在温岭市人民法院第一法庭顺利召开。

会上，管理人宣读了执行职务的工作报告，详细通报了管理人自第一次债权人会议召开后到本次会议前所做的大量工作，并对第一次债权人会议之后的债权审查情况作了具体通报。随后，管理人宣读了本次会议的表决规则，并就表决票的填写进行着重说明，并由债权人会议主席宣布了唱票人、计票人、监票人。表决过程中，债权人对管理人工作表示了充分理解和支持，投票表决与投票结果公开透明，最终由法院当场宣布表决结果，破产财产分配方案获得通过，第二次债权人会议取得圆满成功。
