2023年5月5日，中国国际贸易促进委员会台州市委员会（以下简称“台州市贸促会”）与浙江利群律师事务所在台州市贸促会会议室正式签署国际商事调解服务项目采购服务合同，该服务项目的开展标志着对利群所在国际商事领域法律服务能力的进一步认可，亦是本所力推强势专业化过程的重要导向。

项目背景目的

该项目是在台州市贸促会的主导下通过公开招投标方式进行法律服务采购，旨在充分发挥台州市贸促会的涉外商事调解职能，助力台州市优化营商环境，维护台州企业在开展国际经贸合作过程中的合法权益，进一步推进台州本土商事法律调解工作国际化和专业化。

项目开展方式

本所在该项目开展过程中将整合涉外专业部门团队力量为台州市贸促会国际商事调解工作过程中服务的中外企业及个人提供涉外商事法律咨询、国际贸易纠纷排查、风控及合规管理、涉外案件受理调解等内容。同时通过常态化企业调研走访工作中的信息反馈，加强经贸摩擦风险研判和预警，组织企业参加商事法律论坛、培训，采取风险识别--改善提升--合规管理等的工作闭环，精准帮助企业有效规避贸易风险，同步实现国际商事调解工作前端化服务职能。

今年以来，打造与民营经济高质量发展相匹配的最优营商环境，着力推进地瓜经济提能升级“一号开放工程”等工作部署已成为推进我市开放型经济高水平发展的重要抓手。国际商事调解项目的开展既是保障司法服务质效的需要，更是优化法治化营商环境的需要。利群所作为涉足该项目的第一家本土律所，在服务期间将继续发挥资源优势，致力于为台州企业及境外来台企业的贸易发展提供优质高效法律服务，为推动对外投资提质增量，推动本土跨境企业育强做大贡献一己之力。

On May 5, 2023, Taizhou Municipal Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (hereinafter referred to as the "CCPIT Taizhou Council") and Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm officially signed the procurement service contract for the international commercial mediation service project in the conference room of the CCPIT Taizhou Council. Introduction to Service Items

Project Background and Purpose

This project is led by the Taizhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade to conduct legal service procurement through open bidding. The aim is to fully leverage the foreign-related commercial mediation function of the Taizhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, assist Taizhou in optimizing the business environment, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Taizhou enterprises in the process of international economic and trade cooperation, and further promote the internationalization and specialization of local commercial legal mediation work in Taizhou.

Project implementation method

During the implementation of this project, our institute will integrate the team strength of foreign professional departments to provide legal advice on foreign commercial matters, international trade dispute investigation, risk control and compliance management, and mediation of foreign cases for Chinese and foreign enterprises and individuals serving in the international commercial mediation work of the Taizhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade. At the same time, through the feedback of normalized enterprise research and visits, we will strengthen the risk assessment and warning of economic and trade frictions, organize enterprises to participate in commercial legal forums and training, adopt a closed-loop work of risk identification, improvement and improvement, and compliance management, accurately help enterprises effectively avoid trade risks, and simultaneously achieve the front-end service function of international commercial mediation work.

Since this year, creating an optimal business environment that matches the high-quality development of private economy, and focusing on promoting the work deployment such as the "No.1 Open Project" of improving and upgrading the capacity of sweet potato economy have become an important starting point to promote the high-level development of Open economy in our city. The implementation of international commercial mediation projects is not only necessary to ensure the quality and efficiency of judicial services, but also to optimize the legal business environment.
