10月20日，星星集团有限公司在中国银行间市场成功发行2017年第一期超短期融资券3亿元，该债务融资工具由中国建设银行股份有限公司主承销，华夏银行股份有限公司联席承销，本所周显根、毛灵见律师为该债务融资工具的注册与发行提供专项法律服务。

On October 20, Star Group Co., Ltd. successfully issued the first phase of 2017 ultra short term financing bonds of 300 million yuan in the Chinese inter-bank market. The debt financing instrument was mainly underwritten by China Construction Bank Co., Ltd., and jointly underwritten by Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd.
