2019年1月28日，浙江省温岭市人民法院裁定批准《温岭呼吸病医院重整计划》，终止温岭呼吸病医院重整程序。这标志着温岭呼吸病医院重整案取得了重大成果，促进台州医疗事业的发展。此次重整案件耗费时间之短，创造了温岭市重整案件的纪录，也将成为台州市企业重整的标本。

温岭呼吸病医院概况

温岭呼吸病医院系浙江省唯一一家以诊治呼吸系统疾病为主的品牌专科医院，是上海复旦大学附属中山医院的合作诊疗中心。医院呼吸病系列方药获国家专利，对治疗急慢性咽喉炎、哮喘、肺炎有独特治疗效果。近年来，医院陷入经营困境，连年亏损，难以清偿到期债务。
