论坛过程中举行了律师事务所吸收合并签约仪式。浙江利群律师事务所与浙江永联律师事务所进行了合并签约。自此，利群所吸收合并永联所的各项议程顺利完成，利群所迎来了李昌华、杨法、李亚芬、蒋晓红、杨良青五位律师的加入，他们也将开启崭新的律师执业之旅。

To enhance the ability of our city's lawyer industry to serve economic and social development, guide small and medium-sized law firms in our city to achieve breakthrough development, move towards standardization, scale, specialization, and branding, and promote high-quality development of the city's lawyer industry. On April 22nd, the "Taizhou Small and Medium Law Firm Development Forum" hosted by the Taizhou Judicial Bureau and organized by the Taizhou Lawyers Association was successfully held at the Dengyun Hotel in Xianju.

During the forum, a signing ceremony for the merger and acquisition of law firms was held. Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm and Zhejiang Yonglian Law Firm have signed a merger agreement. Since then, the various agendas for the merger and acquisition of Yonglian Firm by Liqun Firm have been successfully completed. Liqun Firm has welcomed five lawyers, including Li Changhua, Yang Fa, Li Yafen, Jiang Xiaohong, and Yang Liangqing, who will also embark on a new journey of lawyer practice.
