2023年4月15日上午，由浙江利群律师事务所、浙江海贸律师事务所、浙江鑫湖律师事务所、浙江金道（台州）律师事务所联合举办的“行而不辍、未来可期”——2023律师青训营如约而至、火热开营。来自四所60余名青年律师代表齐聚凤凰山庄参加理论与实务培训，用学习的激情点燃青春梦想。

本次青训营主要通过嘉宾分享、小组专题微论坛及九零、零零成长沙龙等学习交流形式，帮助青年律师在业务发展、营销运营、案源拓展、职业定位等困惑问题中找到明确的执业方向。

开营仪式现场，鑫湖所主任林绪聪首先对四所青年律师代表到场参训表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了本次青训营举办的初衷与相关课程的安排。随后，利群所主任毛灵见、海贸所执行主任陈明、金道台州分所主任朱艇分别致辞，鼓励青年律师积极参与青训营各项环节，增进兄弟律所间的友谊，加强团队间的交流合作，打破认知局限及发展瓶颈，全面提升综合素质和业务能力，用实际行动践行新时代青年律师的责任与使命。

本次青训营集结了行业大咖，课程内容丰富详实，指导性强，为青年律师们带来了不同维度的理论与实务的宝贵经验，为大家呈上了一场知识与技巧的饕餮盛宴。

开班的第一课由上海兰迪（温州）律师事务所主任黄润生律师讲授的《青年律师专业化与案源开拓之路径》，他分别从专业化优势、个人的专业化之路、如何打造绝对专业化和通过专业化开拓案源等方面进行详细分享，并通过自身经验列举了开拓案源的方法、收费优势、如何弯道超车及创造自身价值。黄律师的专业化课程引发了学员们的深入思考，大家深刻认识到坚持“专业化”的初衷与真谛。

浙江杭飞律师事务所主任应娅婷律师以《律师抖音推广实务》为主题，首先强调了短视频的重要性，通过介绍IP形象塑造、短视频内容、数据分析等运营手段，助力年轻律师打造个人专业品牌IP，帮助他们打破地域限制的壁垒。通过本次讲座，学员们对新媒体时代下律师和律所的品牌宣传有了更深刻的认识，对自身发展有了更长远、更明确的规划。

浙江金道律师事务所权益合伙人张阅律师带来了《法律服务产品》精彩一课，她从法律服务产品是什么、律师的法律服务产品应该是什么样子、谁会想看法律服务产品、怎么做法律服务产品等多方面对法律服务产品进行逐次深入、层层递进的介绍。聆听完本次分享，学员们对法律服务产品的研发意义和研发过程有了全面深刻的认识，深感成为一名优秀律师贵在平时的积累和坚持，还要发挥终生学习的干劲。

新华日报社高级编辑、新华报业传媒集团公司律师孙劲松以《青年律师品牌宣传与业务推广》为主题，结合律师行业的特性，从客户心理、客户需求、业务拓展、传播方式等方面切入，全面深入地分享了律师品牌推广障碍与破解之道，剖析律所规模化、专业化、品牌化发展之道，通过一个个生动的案例，深入浅出地解读了品牌表达与律所宣传的方式，鼓励和指导大家做好律所文化与品牌建树工作。

青训营不仅是学习解惑的优秀平台，更是一次讨论交流、思维碰撞的绝佳机会。本次微论坛随机分为四个小组，由四所青工委负责人担任各组组长。各组学员们集思广益，根据主题准备，展现专业分享。现场热闹非凡，大家在交流中相互启发、相互学习。

晚间九零、零零成长沙龙是本次青训营不可或缺的一项学习环节。由利群所主任毛灵见、海贸所执行主任陈明、鑫湖所主任林绪聪、金道台州分所主任朱艇共同分享自己执业路上的成长经历。此外，新华日报社高级编辑孙劲松、金道所管理合伙人、台州分所管委会主任徐杨超、新台州所副主任项俊勇应邀与会分享，围绕专业能力提升、案源拓展以及生活与工作平衡等议题进行了问答互动，与会学员获益颇多。

本次青训营随着九零、零零成长沙龙的结束进入了尾声。在角逐激烈的微论坛中，第三组拔得头筹。嘉宾孙劲松、徐杨超、项俊勇为获奖学员们颁发礼品。

最后，在四所主任、嘉宾们的美好祝愿中，本次青训营圆满落幕。全体学员必将这宝贵的青训精神带回到自己的工作中，承担起行业的责任和使命，共建社会法治力量。

青训营的举办对青年律师而言，既是一次专业上的磨砺，同时也是一份珍贵的友谊积淀。培训结束不是终点，而是另一个新的起点。“行而不辍，未来可期”，以吾之姿，辉映青春，在追求“公正与效率”的路上，勇敢奔赴法治理想的星辰大海。

On the morning of April 15, 2023, the 2023 Lawyers' Youth Training Camp, jointly organized by Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm, Zhejiang Haimao Law Firm, Zhejiang Xinhu Law Firm, and Zhejiang Jindao (Taizhou) Law Firm, was held as scheduled and opened with great enthusiasm. More than 60 young lawyers from four institutions gathered at Phoenix Villa to participate in theoretical and practical training, igniting their youthful dreams with the passion of learning.

This youth training camp mainly uses guest sharing, group themed micro forums, and learning and exchange forms such as the Zero and Zero Growth Salon to help young lawyers find clear practical directions in business development, marketing operations, case expansion, career positioning, and other confusing issues.

At the opening ceremony, Lin Xucong, the director of Xinhu Institute, warmly welcomed the young lawyer representatives from the four institutions to participate in the training, and introduced the original intention of this youth training camp and the arrangement of related courses. Later, Mao Lingjian, director of Liqun Institute, Chen Ming, executive director of Haimao Institute, and Zhu Boat, director of Jindao Taizhou Branch, made speeches respectively, encouraging young lawyers to actively participate in various links of the youth training camp, enhancing friendship between brother law firms, strengthening communication and cooperation between teams, breaking cognitive limitations and development bottlenecks, comprehensively improving comprehensive quality and professional ability, and practicing the responsibility and mission of young lawyers in the new era with practical actions.

This youth training camp gathered industry experts, with rich and detailed course content and strong guidance, bringing valuable theoretical and practical experience from different dimensions to young lawyers, and presenting a feast of knowledge and skills for everyone.

The first lesson of the class was taught by Lawyer Huang Runsheng, Director of Shanghai Randy (Wenzhou) Law Firm, on "The Path to Professionalization and Case Source Development for Young Lawyers". He shared in detail the advantages of specialization, personal specialization, how to create absolute specialization, and how to explore case sources through specialization. Through his own experience, he listed the methods of exploring case sources, fee advantages, how to overtake on curves, and how to create his own value. Lawyer Huang's specialized courses have sparked in-depth thinking among the students, and they have deeply realized the original intention and true meaning of adhering to "specialization".

Lawyer Ying Yating, director of Zhejiang Hangfei Law Firm, first emphasized the importance of short videos with the theme of "Lawyers Tiktok Promotion Practice". He helped young lawyers build personal professional brand IP and help them break the barriers of geographical restrictions by introducing operational means such as IP image building, short video content, data analysis, etc. Through this lecture, students have gained a deeper understanding of the brand promotion of lawyers and law firms in the new media era, and have a longer-term and clearer plan for their own development.

Lawyer Zhang Yue, the equity partner of Zhejiang Jindao Law Firm, gave a wonderful lesson on "Legal Service Products". She provided in-depth and progressive introductions to legal service products from various aspects, such as what legal service products are, what lawyers' legal service products should look like, who would like to see legal service products, and how to make legal service products. After listening to this sharing, the students gained a comprehensive and profound understanding of the significance and process of developing legal service products. They deeply felt that becoming an excellent lawyer depends on their accumulation and perseverance in daily life, as well as their lifelong motivation to learn.

Sun Jinsong, senior editor of Xinhua Daily News Agency and lawyer of Xinhua News Media Group, took "Brand Promotion and Business Promotion of Young Lawyers" as the theme, combined with the characteristics of the lawyer industry, from the aspects of customer psychology, customer needs, business expansion, communication methods and so on, comprehensively and deeply shared the obstacles and solutions to lawyer brand promotion, analyzed the way of large-scale, professional and brand development of law firms, and through one vivid case after another, Explained the ways of brand expression and law firm promotion in simple terms, encouraging and guiding everyone to do a good job in law firm culture and brand building.

The youth training camp is not only an excellent platform for learning and problem-solving, but also an excellent opportunity for discussion, exchange, and collision of ideas. This micro forum was randomly divided into four groups, with the leaders of the four Youth Work Committees serving as the group leaders. Each group of students brainstormed and prepared according to the theme, presenting professional sharing. The scene was lively and lively, with everyone inspiring and learning from each other through communication.

The midnight and midnight growth salon is an indispensable learning part of this youth training camp. Mao Lingjian, the director of Liqun Institute, Chen Ming, the executive director of Haimao Institute, Lin Xucong, the director of Xinhu Institute, and Zhu Chuan, the director of Jindao Taizhou Branch, jointly shared their growth experiences on the way to practice. In addition, Sun Jinsong, senior editor of Xinhua Daily, Xu Yangchao, managing partner of Jindao Institute, director of the management committee of Taizhou Branch, and Xiang Junyong, deputy director of Xintaizhou Branch, were invited to participate in the meeting to share. They had a question and answer interaction around professional ability improvement, file source expansion, life and work balance and other topics, and the participants benefited a lot.

This youth training camp has come to an end with the end of the growth salon in 1990 and 2000. In the fiercely competitive micro forum, the third group topped the list. Guests Sun Jinsong, Xu Yangchao, and Xiang Junyong presented gifts to the award-winning students.

Finally, amidst the good wishes of the directors and guests from the four institutes, this youth training camp came to a successful conclusion. All students will bring this precious youth training spirit back to their work, shoulder the responsibility and mission of the industry, and jointly build a social legal force.

The hosting of the youth training camp is not only a professional challenge for young lawyers, but also a precious accumulation of friendship. The end of the training is not the end point, but another new starting point. Walking without stopping, the future is foreseeable. With my posture, I shine on my youth and bravely rush to the sea of stars and ideals of the rule of law on the path of pursuing "justice and efficiency".
