2023年4月28日，浙江震瓯律师事务所副主任、法顾中心主任周鹏程、律师林一纯、王永康、林时搏、徐育言一行到访利群所参观交流。

我所主任毛灵见律师陪同震瓯法顾团队一行参观了办公环境，近距离感受利群所的党建文化、专业融合、人文关怀等内在底蕴。随后众人移步至党群议事厅开展了交流座谈，利群所主任毛灵见、副主任尹朝辉、冯懿、国际贸易与海事海商部负责人朱维娜、企业合规与税务筹划部李明峰参与交流会并对震瓯同仁的到访表示热烈欢迎。

在交流会中，毛灵见主任就利群所的发展历程、管理机制及青年律师培养等方面进行了详细介绍，并提出以业务发展为中心，倡导专业化发展思路，激励利群律师为客户提供全方位的法律服务齐头并进。

浙江震瓯律师事务所法顾中心主任周鹏程律师提出希望利用这次交流机会学习利群所在律所管理、专业化发展、业务拓展等方面的优秀经验。随后以震瓯法务托管中心的概况、服务模式及律师团队等情况展开分享，并表示律所之间要相互学习借鉴，提升律所管理能力，保持法律服务市场的竞争力，携手合作、共谋发展。

此后，双方与会律师就业务发展、专业提升、律所建设等方面展开了深入探讨。通过本次交流探讨，缔结了两家律所间的宝贵友谊，双方都期待在律所发展的道路上能够开展更多领域、更深层次的合作，为两地律师提供更多的合作渠道，为律所专业化建设及律师行业发展提供思路和智慧。

On April 28, 2023, Zhou Pengcheng, Deputy Director of Zhejiang Zhenou Law Firm and Director of the Legal Consulting Center, Lawyers Lin Yichun, Wang Yongkang, Lin Shibo, Xu Yuyan, and a delegation visited Liqun for a visit and exchange.

Our director Mao Lingjian, a lawyer, accompanied the team of Zhen Ou legal advisors to visit the office environment and experienced the internal culture of party building, professional integration, and humanistic care of Liqun Institute up close. Subsequently, everyone moved to the Party and Mass Conference Hall for an exchange and discussion. Mao Lingjian, the director of Liqun Institute, Yin Chaohui, deputy directors, Feng Yi, Zhu Weina, the head of the International Trade and Maritime Commerce Department, and Li Mingfeng, the Enterprise Compliance and Tax Planning Department, participated in the exchange and warmly welcomed the visit of colleagues from Zhenou.

During the exchange meeting, Director Mao Lingjian gave a detailed introduction to the development process, management mechanism, and training of young lawyers of Liqun Institute. He proposed to focus on business development, advocate professional development ideas, and motivate Liqun lawyers to provide comprehensive legal services to clients in a coordinated manner.

Lawyer Zhou Pengcheng, Director of the Legal Consulting Center of Zhejiang Zhenou Law Firm, expressed the hope to use this exchange opportunity to learn from the excellent experience of Liqun's law firm in management, professional development, and business expansion. Subsequently, the overview, service model, and lawyer team of Zhenou Legal Custody Center were shared, and it was stated that law firms should learn from each other, improve their management capabilities, maintain the competitiveness of the legal service market, and work together to seek development.

Afterwards, the attending lawyers of both parties conducted in-depth discussions on business development, professional improvement, and law firm construction. Through this exchange and discussion, a valuable friendship has been established between the two law firms. Both sides look forward to conducting more fields and deeper cooperation on the development path of the law firms, providing more cooperation channels for lawyers in the two regions, and providing ideas and wisdom for the professional construction of the law firms and the development of the law industry.
