4月12日下午，椒江区人大常委会副主任徐明初一行莅临浙江利群律师事务所调研指导。区人大常委会法制和监察司法工委主任朱福高、区人大法制和监察司法委员会副主任委员张德木、区司法局副局长陈丹、律师工作科科长施赛眉陪同调研。我所主任毛灵见、创始合伙人周显根、党支部书记、副主任黄道进、副主任蔡辉强、郑晓丹、冯懿参与本次座谈。

座谈会上，朱福高主任介绍了此次调研的相关背景和目的，要深入了解椒江区律师工作发展情况，听取律师心声，并收集相关问题和意见，针对性解决律师行业发展难题。

毛灵见主任首先代表利群所对区人大常委会领导一行的到来表示热烈欢迎，随后从利群所的发展历程、专业化建设、人才培养等方面作了汇报，并对律师行业的人才政策、律所发展的支持措施等方面提出了相关建议。

随后，周显根律师结合北京、上海、杭州等一、二线城市律师行业的人才结构、区域优势以及业务特点，就台州律师行业的发展情况及存在的问题提出相应的看法和建议。

徐明初副主任听取汇报后，对利群所取得的发展成果给予充分的肯定，同时对律师业务开展情况、律师培养机制等方面提出了指导性意见。徐主任表示，坚持专业化发展是律所打造强所的利刃，要为青年律师提供成才平台，并要加大对优秀律师对外的宣传力度，打造金牌律师，不断提升律所的整体业务能力和社会对台州本土律师的认可。最后，徐主任对利群所的未来发展表达了美好祝愿。

在调研交流中，利群所其他律师积极建言献策，就律师行业发展以及业务开展过程中碰到的问题发表了各自的意见和建议，并表示在今后的工作中更加尽职履责，为法治政府的不断向前推进助力增辉，不负新时代律师的使命与担当。

On the afternoon of April 12, Xu Mingchu, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jiaojiang District, and his delegation visited Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm for research and guidance. Zhu Fugao, Director of the Legislative Affairs and Supervision Judicial Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, Zhang Demu, Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Affairs and Supervision Judicial Committee of the District People's Congress, Chen Dan, Deputy Director of the District Judicial Bureau, and Shi Saimei, Chief of the Lawyer Work Section, accompanied the research. Our director Mao Lingjian, founding partner Zhou Xiangen, party branch secretary and deputy director Huang Daojin, deputy director Cai Huiqiang, Zheng Xiaodan, and Feng Yi participated in this symposium.

At the symposium, Director Zhu Fugao introduced the relevant background and purpose of the survey, to deeply understand the development of lawyers' work in Jiaojiang District, listen to the voice of lawyers, collect relevant issues and opinions, and specifically solve the development problems of the lawyer industry.

Director Mao Lingjian first warmly welcomed the arrival of the leaders of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress on behalf of Liqun Institute, and then reported on the development process, professional construction, talent cultivation, and other aspects of Liqun Institute. He also put forward relevant suggestions on talent policies in the lawyer industry and support measures for the development of law firms.

Subsequently, Lawyer Zhou Xiangen combined the talent structure, regional advantages, and business characteristics of the lawyer industry in first and second tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou to propose corresponding opinions and suggestions on the development situation and existing problems of the lawyer industry in Taizhou.

After listening to the report, Deputy Director Xu Mingchu fully affirmed the development achievements made by Liqun, and provided guidance on the development of lawyer business and lawyer training mechanisms. Director Xu stated that adhering to professional development is the sharp edge for law firms to build strong institutions. We need to provide a platform for young lawyers to become successful, and increase the publicity of outstanding lawyers to the outside world. We need to create a gold medal lawyer and continuously improve the overall business capabilities of the law firm and the recognition of local lawyers in Taizhou by society. Finally, Director Xu expressed good wishes for the future development of Liqun Institute.

During the research and exchange, other lawyers from Liqun Institute actively provided suggestions and opinions on the development of the lawyer industry and the problems encountered in the business development process. They expressed their willingness to fulfill their responsibilities more diligently in future work, and to contribute to the continuous advancement of the rule of law government. They are not responsible for the mission and responsibility of lawyers in the new era.
