3月31日上午，台州市人大常委会党组副书记、副主任蒋冰风一行赴利群所走访市人大代表、市人大监察和司法委员会委员王新平律师。市人大常委会委员、代表工委副主任林敏，市人大常委会代表工委副主任翁青，椒江区人大常委会党组成员、副主任詹朝晖等陪同调研。

蒋冰风副主任一行实地参观了利群所文化展厅、学术报告厅、模拟法庭、红色书吧及办公场所，并边走边问，对律所的整体布局、功能设施、文化建设等给予了充分肯定。

会上，我所合伙人会议主席王新平律师首先对蒋冰风副主任一行的到来表示热烈欢迎，随后就利群所的发展历程、工作亮点等方面作了汇报。同时，王新平律师就行业扶持政策落地难、人才招引瓶颈、执业环境恶化等问题提出了自己的忧虑。

蒋冰风副主任对利群所坚持“规范化、专业化、品牌化”及党建所建“双轮驱动”的发展理念表示肯定，并对律所、行业的发展建设等具体问题给出宝贵的意见和建议。表示感谢律所为台州法治化建设、营商环境优化等方面工作所做的贡献，鼓励律所继续推进政府与社会公共法律服务工作，进一步发挥好台州律所的引领示范作用。最后，蒋主任对利群所的未来发展表达了美好祝愿。
