2022年11月29日下午，台州市司法局一级调研员、律师行业党委书记蔡德顺，律师工作处处长、律师行业党委副书记郑麟一行在椒江区司法局律师工作科科长施赛眉的陪同下莅临利群所，调研指导党建工作。利群所顾问李中年律师，党支部书记、副主任黄道进律师，副主任蔡辉强、郑晓丹、冯懿律师，高级合伙人王健、田景云、朱维娜律师，党支部宣传委员蔡婉瑛律师、统战委员张梁律师参与会议。

蔡德顺书记一行在党支部书记黄道进等人的陪同下，参观了利群所党建园地、咖啡吧、学术报告厅等。

随后，在律所党群议事厅召开了座谈会。

落座后，党支部书记黄道进介绍了律所的基本情况，并从“五群工作法·四服务·三联动”对律所党建工作情况和下阶段工作计划作了简要汇报。

听取汇报后，郑麟处长肯定了利群所的党建工作，指出律所党建工作扎实、活动丰富、成效显著，并就律所的进一步发展提出三点要求：一、坚持党的全面领导，党建引领所建，发挥党支部引领示范作用；二、进一步擦亮律所党建品牌，带动律师行业发展；三、律所管理规范化，建立投诉查处的工作机制，加强所内自查自纠。

蔡德顺书记对利群所的党建工作给予了充分肯定，指出律所应当不忘初心、牢记使命，拥护中国共产党的领导，听党话、跟党走，积极践行社会责任，并提出律所管理要更加规范，高标准、严要求，将文化建设融入到党建当中，丰富党建内容，提升党建工作。

Accompanied by Huang Daojin, secretary of the Party branch, and others, Cai Deshun and his party visited the party building garden, coffee bar, academic Lecture hall, etc. of Liqun Institute.

Subsequently, a symposium was held in the party and mass conference hall of the law firm.

After taking his seat, Party branch secretary Huang Daojin introduced the basic situation of the law firm and gave a brief report on the party building work of the law firm and the next stage of work plan from the perspective of the "Five Groups Work Law, Four Services, and Three Linkages".

After listening to the report, Director Zheng Lin affirmed the party building work of Liqun Institute, pointing out that the party building work of the law firm is solid, rich in activities, and has achieved significant results. He also proposed three requirements for the further development of the law firm: firstly, adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the party, guide the party building, and play the leading and exemplary role of the party branch; 2、 Further polish the party building brand of law firms and drive the development of the lawyer industry; 3、 Standardize law firm management, establish a complaint investigation and handling mechanism, and strengthen internal self inspection and self correction.

Secretary Cai Deshun gave full affirmation to the Party building work of Liqun Institute, pointing out that law firms should not forget their original intention, keep their mission in mind, support the leadership of the CPC, listen to the Party's words, follow the Party, actively practice social responsibility, and put forward that law firms should be more standardized, high standard and strict in management, integrate cultural construction into the party building, enrich the content of party building, and improve the party building work.
