2022年10月27日上午，台州市律师协会副会长、浙江天讼律师事务所主任卢华富一行莅临利群所开展课题调研，浙江天讼律师事务所主任助理任彦同律师等陪同调研。利群所主任毛灵见律师热情接待了卢华富副会长一行，利群所副主任尹朝辉律师，建筑工程与房地产业务部主任徐登律师、副主任张文中律师和政府与公共服务业务部副主任项杨蔚律师参加会议。

会上，卢华富主任介绍了课题的基本情况和课题组的成员构成。

该课题研究《重大行政决策的合规建设与法律风险防控——以政府与社会资本合作为例》以习近平法治思想为指导，依据行政法的相关理论，对重大行政决策中的合规建设及法律风险防控问题，尤其是政府与社会资本合作或处理企业问题时的风险进行调研并提出对策建议。

毛灵见主任介绍了利群所专业化建设等基本概况，并重点介绍了利群所在政府与公共法律服务以及建设与房地产领域的服务经验与工作成果，希望为该课题的调研与开展提供有益参考，同时也希望借此调研为契机，今后在相关服务领域能够开展更多的交流与合作。

随后，任彦同律师围绕课题研究内容开展详细调研，与我所尹朝辉律师、徐登律师、项杨蔚律师、张文中律师以问答的形式就该课题项目相关内容展开具体交流。

会后，卢华富主任指出，今后希望浙江天讼律师事务所和浙江利群律师事务所能多交流、常合作，一同携手共进，以推动律师相关业务服务领域的更好发展。

On the morning of October 27, 2022, a delegation led by Lu Huafu, Vice President of Taizhou Lawyers Association and Director of Zhejiang Tianshi Law Firm, visited Liqun Institute to conduct a research project. Lawyer Ren Yantong, Assistant Director of Zhejiang Tianshi Law Firm, accompanied the research. Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Director of Liqun Institute, warmly welcomed Vice President Lu Huafu and his delegation. Lawyer Yin Chaohui, Deputy Director of Liqun Institute, Lawyer Xu Deng, Director of Construction Engineering and Real Estate Business Department, Lawyer Zhang Wenzhong, Deputy Director, and Lawyer Xiang Yangwei, Deputy Director of Government and Public Service Business Department attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Director Lu Huafu introduced the basic situation of the project and the composition of the project team.

Director Mao Lingjian introduced the basic overview of the professional construction of Liqun Institute, and focused on the service experience and work results in the government and public legal services, as well as the construction and real estate fields where Liqun is located. He hoped to provide useful references for the research and development of this topic, and also hoped to take this research as an opportunity to carry out more exchanges and cooperation in related service fields in the future.

Subsequently, Lawyer Ren Yantong conducted detailed research on the research content of the project, and had specific exchanges with Lawyers Yin Chaohui, Xu Deng, Xiang Yangwei, and Zhang Wenzhong in the form of Q&A.

After the meeting, Director Lu Huafu pointed out that in the future, he hopes that Zhejiang Tianshi Law Firm and Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm can have more exchanges and cooperation, and work together to promote better development in the field of lawyer related business services.
