【利群要闻】蹄疾步稳 破浪前行——利群所全体人员工作会议顺利召开

为推进律所专业化建设和提升律所规范化管理，2022年8月29日晚，利群所全体人员工作会议在律所学术报告厅顺利召开。利群所全体律师、实习律师、律师助理及行政人员参加本次会议，会议由利群所主任毛灵见律师主持。

会议伊始，利群所主任毛灵见律师通报了专业部门的调整情况。

毛灵见律师强调，提供“专业”的法律服务是律所发展的基础。因此，为了更好地契合法律服务市场的需求，在原有专业部门建设的基础上，在广泛征询律所合伙人和律师意见，并经多次会议讨论研究后，律所将原十个专业部门调整为十二个专业部门。

 随后，毛灵见律师宣读了各专业部门负责人的任命名单，并由利群所副主任黄道进、蔡辉强、郑晓丹、尹朝辉、冯懿律师依次为专业部门负责人颁发任命书。

规范的律所管理是律所发展的必要保障，专业化发展离不开专业律师团队的支持，为了推动和规范律所的律师团队建设，律所配套制定了《律师团队及独立执业律师业务管理方法》。会上，毛灵见律师就《律师团队及独立执业律师业务管理方法》以及修订后的《业务档案管理办法》的相关内容进行了宣读。

会议最后，利群所副主任黄道进律师就浙江省律师协会印发的《关于2021年度全省律师行业处分情况的通报》以及台州市司法局印发的《关于在全市律师行业开展“党建质量提升年”和“规范管理提升年”活动的通知》情况进行了通报，总结了利群所在开展“党建质量提升年”活动方面采取的行动和获得的成就，并传达了开展“规范管理提升年”活动的主要内容和注意事项。

与会人员聚精会神，认真学习了相关文件的内容，深刻理解了律所专业化建设和规范化管理的发展理念。

专业部门调整后，利群所将坚定地在专业化发展道路继续前行。律所专业化建设之路道阻且长，惟有律所全体人员上下一心，积极沟通协作、脚踏实地，才能不断行稳致远。

利群所也将继续完善律所业务管理和业务档案管理等规范化建设，加强律师的执业纪律管理，保障律师专业服务的高质量发展，为营造良好的法治社会环境贡献利群力量。

Therefore, in order to better meet the needs of the legal service market, on the basis of the construction of the original professional departments, after extensive consultation with law firm partners and lawyers, and after multiple meetings and discussions, the law firm has adjusted the original ten professional departments to twelve professional departments.

Subsequently, Lawyer Mao Lingjian read out the appointment list of heads of various professional departments, and lawyers Huang Daojin, Cai Huiqiang, Zheng Xiaodan, Yin Chaohui, and Feng Yi, deputy directors of Liqun Institute, issued appointment letters to the heads of professional departments in turn.

Standardized law firm management is a necessary guarantee for the development of a law firm, and professional development cannot be separated from the support of a professional lawyer team. In order to promote and standardize the construction of a law firm's lawyer team, the law firm has developed the "Law Team and Independent Practicing Lawyer Business Management Method". At the meeting, Lawyer Mao Lingjian delivered a presentation on the relevant content of the "Management Methods for Lawyer Teams and Independent Practicing Lawyers" and the revised "Management Measures for Business Archives".

At the end of the meeting, Lawyer Huang Daojin, Deputy Director of Liqun Institute, reported on the "Notice on Disciplinary Actions in the Provincial Lawyer Industry in 2021" issued by the Zhejiang Lawyer Association and the "Notice on Carrying out the" Year of Party Building Quality Improvement "and" Year of Standardized Management Improvement "Activities in the Lawyer Industry in the City" issued by the Taizhou Judicial Bureau, Summarized the actions taken and achievements achieved by Liqun in carrying out the "Party Building Quality Improvement Year" activity, and conveyed the main content and precautions for carrying out the "Standardized Management Improvement Year" activity.

The attendees were attentive and carefully studied the content of relevant documents, deeply understanding the development concept of professional construction and standardized management of law firms.
