法庭作为诉讼律师的主战场，其重要性不言而喻，华山论剑、巅峰对决，法庭是高手过招的角斗场。为了提升青年律师的业务能力及庭审专业技能，12月23日晚，利群所首届模拟法庭于“利群法院”顺利开庭。

- 激烈交锋 -

模拟庭审现场气氛严肃紧张，青年律师们严格按照正式的审判流程进行，环环相扣。审判长紧紧围绕案件的争议焦点展开法庭调查，在举证质证环节，控辩双方就证据进行了一系列的讨论，双方逻辑清晰、有条不紊。在法庭辩论环节，双方各抒己见，针锋相对。  

庭审结束后，律师们又针对本次模拟情况进行了复盘总结，探讨了相关的诉讼思路。最后，评委们就庭审中的细节问题分别就控辩双方在庭审中的表现，包括讯问、发问、举证、质证、法庭辩论等方面进行了细致分析，并指出此次模拟庭审参与人员可圈可点之处和有待改进之处。

本次模拟法庭的开展，帮助青年律师形成合理的诉讼思路，增强了青年律师的执业信心，提升了团队间的凝聚力和战斗力。仰取俯拾，学而有思，利群所将在专业化、精进化的发展之路上孜孜不倦、久久为功。

顾奇誌：法槌应该跟随心中的天平走，以事实为依据，以法律为准绳，才能做出公平公正的判决。

李玥：客观公正的陈述自己所见的事实，是作为证人的基本要求。

李雅倩：体验不同角色，看似简单而又不简单。

金海波：挑战未曾经历过的，所以每分每秒都是收获。

李元炜：案情重现，让正义再次得到彰显。

张罗晗：经过这次模拟法庭以及大佬们的指正，更加印象深刻的认识到自己的不足之处！

陈俊伟：扎实的辩护可以改变被告人的命运。

何贤超：审判长不动如山，控辩双方唇枪舌剑，被告人、证人本色出场，模拟堪比实案。

项登霖：胜诉背后，是无数次的模拟。

管文中：尊重当事人，让其享受完全、充分的诉讼权利是保证司法公正的基础。

傅馨怡：纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。

汪文琦：本次模拟法庭让我对于庭审的流程有了更深刻的认知，对于庭前的准备有了大致的了解，对于庭审中的举止有了更清晰的把握，更体验到了庭审中不断探求真相和公正的乐趣。

As the main battlefield of litigation lawyers, the importance of the court is self-evident. The Huashan debate and peak battles are the arena for experts to compete in. In order to improve the professional ability and trial expertise of young lawyers, the first Moot court of Liqun Institute opened successfully in the "Liqun Court" on the evening of December 23.

The atmosphere at the simulated trial was serious and tense, and the young lawyers strictly followed the formal trial process, which was intertwined. The presiding judge conducted a court investigation closely around the controversial focus of the case. During the process of providing evidence and questioning, the prosecution and defense had a series of discussions on the evidence, with clear and orderly logic on both sides. During the court debate, both sides expressed their opinions and faced each other head-on.  

After the trial ended, the lawyers conducted a review and summary of the simulation situation and explored relevant litigation ideas. Finally, the judges conducted a detailed analysis of the performance of the prosecution and defense in the trial, including questioning, questioning, providing evidence, cross examination, and court debate, on the details of the trial. They also pointed out the commendable aspects and areas for improvement of the participants in this mock trial.

The launch of the Moot court helped young lawyers form reasonable litigation ideas, enhance their professional confidence, and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team. Looking up from above, learning and thinking, Liqun Institute will tirelessly and persistently contribute to the development of specialization and refinement.

Gu Qizhi: The hammer should follow the balance in one's heart, based on facts and laws, in order to make a fair and just judgment.

Li Yue: Objectively and fairly stating the facts one sees is a basic requirement as a witness.

Li Yaqian: Experience different characters, seemingly simple but not simple.

Jin Haibo: Challenges have never been experienced before, so every minute is a gain.

Li Yuanwei: The recurrence of the case highlights justice once again.

Zhang Luohan: After being corrected by the Moot court and the big men, we are more impressed to realize our shortcomings!

Chen Junwei: A solid defense can change the fate of the defendant.

He Xianchao: The presiding judge remained unmoved like a mountain, and the prosecution and defense sides exchanged swords. The defendant and witness appeared in their true colors, and the simulation was comparable to a real case.

Xiang Denglin: Behind the victory, there have been countless simulations.

Respecting the parties and allowing them to enjoy complete and full litigation rights is the foundation of ensuring judicial fairness.

Fu Xinyi: From paper, one will eventually feel shallow. It is absolutely necessary to practice this matter.

Wang Wenqi: This Moot court gave me a deeper understanding of the process of the trial, a general understanding of the preparation before the trial, a clearer grasp of the behavior in the trial, and the pleasure of constantly seeking truth and justice in the trial.
