5月27日上午，台州市黄岩区司法局党组书记金文伟、副局长管康华、公共法律服务与律师管理科科长蔡金艳，浙江银马律师事务所主任许健敏一行莅临我所考察交流党建工作。我所主任、党支部书记王新平律师，组织委员、高级合伙人钟瑶瑶律师，纪检委员蔡婉瑛律师，高级合伙人田景云律师等人热情接待并参与交流会。

黄岩区司法局金文伟书记一行抵达利群所后，王新平主任带领大家参观了利群所文化展厅、学术报告厅、模拟法庭、贵宾室、母婴室等，并随行对律所理念、律所文化、办公室布局进行了介绍。

随后，在律所二号会议室，王新平主任介绍了律所重组以来的基本概况，并着重介绍了党建工作的开展情况。

纪检委员蔡婉瑛律师以PPT的形式就律所党建工作的做法以及取得的成果做了介绍。

管康华副局长高度认同利群所党建工作的一系列特色举措，认为利群所已在思想建设、组织建设等方面取得了显著成效，实现了党建与所建相互促进的良好局面。此外，管康华副局长就行政法团队运行等相关问题与大家进行探讨。

金文伟书记指出，利群所办公场所大气，办公环境整洁，党建氛围浓厚，活动内容丰富，以及对人才培养的重视是十分值得借鉴学习的，并高度赞赏了利群所这个大家庭的凝聚力和责任意识。最后，他表示希望通过汲取利群所党建模式中的亮点，同时结合黄岩区地方特色，在党建工作中做出自己的品牌。

Lawyer Wang Xinping, the director and party branch secretary of our institute, lawyer Zhong Yaoyao, the organizing committee member and senior partner, lawyer Cai Wanying, the disciplinary inspection committee member, and lawyer Tian Jingyun, the senior partner, warmly received and participated in the exchange meeting.

After the delegation led by Jin Wenwei, Secretary of the Huangyan District Bureau of Justice, arrived at Liqun Institute, Director Wang Xinping led them to visit Liqun Institute's cultural exhibition hall, academic Lecture hall, Moot court, VIP room, mother and baby room, etc., and introduced the concept, culture and office layout of the law firm.

Subsequently, in the second conference room of the law firm, Director Wang Xinping introduced the basic overview of the law firm since its restructuring, and emphasized the progress of party building work.

Lawyer Cai Wanying, a disciplinary inspection committee member, introduced the practices and achievements of the law firm's party building work in the form of a PowerPoint presentation.

Deputy Director Guan Kanghua highly recognizes the series of characteristic measures taken by Liqun Institute in party building work, and believes that Liqun Institute has achieved significant results in ideological and organizational construction, achieving a good situation of mutual promotion between party building and the institute. In addition, Deputy Director Guan Kanghua discussed with everyone about issues related to the operation of the administrative law team.

Secretary Jin Wenwei pointed out that the office space of Liqun Institute is spacious, the office environment is clean, the party building atmosphere is strong, the activity content is rich, and the emphasis on talent cultivation is very worth learning from. He highly praised the cohesion and sense of responsibility of Liqun Institute as a big family. Finally, he said that he hoped to make his own brand in the party building work by learning from the highlights of Liqun Institute's party building model and combining the local characteristics of Huangyan District.
