2020年6月12日上午，椒江区司法局局长姚宁武、副局长崔宗书、律工科科长施赛眉一行莅临利群所调研指导，并对律所发展提出宝贵意见。

   会上，王新平主任用“三个注重”、“四个会”汇报了利群所2020年上半年的主要工作：

“三个注重”

     一、注重抗疫与学习两不误：疫情期间开展多种学习模式，推出疫情法律专栏，动员年青律师思考与写作，做到抗疫、学习两不误。

     二、注重与客户沟通交流：客户与人才是律所的两大资产，疫情期间及时发出致客户的公开信，并安排合伙人轮流值班，隔绝病毒，但不耽误法律服务。

     三、注重律师的社会责任：疫情发生之后，在全市律师行业中率先开展募捐活动，编印台州市惠企政策汇编，并与武汉律所联合成立跨区域防疫法律服务志愿团，积极践行律师的社会责任。

“四个会”

     一、民商事执业风险管控教育会，筑牢律师思想防线；

     二、年度实务理论研讨会，提高青年律师的业务素质；

     三、趣味运动会，加强律所的凝聚力；

     四、合伙人首期读书会，解放思想，统一认识。

姚宁武局长高度肯定了利群所在疫情防控期间的一系列举措，以及对人才培养的重视，并希望利群所能保持大所的领先地位和标杆作用。在激烈的竞争环境下，利群所能够继续发挥自己的优势，继续加强专业化建设，加强律所之间的互动学习。最后，姚宁武局长表示，司法局会一如既往关心支持利群所的发展。

崔宗书副局长表示，党建全覆盖并成立党建联盟是律所党建的发展趋势，利群所作为党建工作示范点，要积极发挥引领作用，并称赞利群所富有朝气，同时提出了两点希望和要求：一是作为规上所，要积极提升业务；二是交流学习活动多，要继续坚持。最后，崔宗书副局长对利群所的健康发展寄予美好祝愿。

On the morning of June 12, 2020, a delegation led by Yao Ningwu, Director of the Jiaojiang District Justice Bureau, Cui Zongshu, Deputy Director, and Shi Saimei, Chief of the Legal Engineering Section, visited Liqun Law Firm for research and guidance, and put forward valuable suggestions for the development of the law firm.

At the meeting, Director Wang Xinping reported on the main work of Liqun Institute in the first half of 2020 with "three focuses" and "four meetings":

The Three Emphasis Points

1、 Emphasizing the balance between epidemic prevention and learning: During the epidemic, various learning modes were launched, epidemic law columns were launched, and young lawyers were mobilized to think and write, achieving the balance between epidemic prevention and learning.

2、 Pay attention to communication and exchange with clients: clients and talent are the two major assets of a law firm. During the epidemic, timely public letters to clients should be sent, and partners should be arranged to take turns on duty to isolate the virus, but legal services should not be delayed.

3、 Pay attention to the social responsibility of lawyers: After the outbreak of the epidemic, we took the lead in carrying out fundraising activities in the city's lawyer industry, compiled and printed a compilation of policies benefiting enterprises in Taizhou, and jointly established a cross regional epidemic prevention legal service volunteer group with Wuhan Law Firm to actively practice the social responsibility of lawyers.

Four Meetings

1、 Education meeting on risk management and control in civil and commercial practice, to strengthen the ideological defense line of lawyers;

2、 Annual practical theory seminar to improve the professional quality of young lawyers;

3、 Fun sports meet to strengthen the cohesion of law firms;

4、 Partner's first reading club, liberating the mind and unifying understanding.

Director Yao Ningwu highly affirmed the series of measures taken by Liqun during the epidemic prevention and control period, as well as the importance it attaches to talent cultivation, and hoped that Liqun can maintain its leading position and benchmark role as a major institution. In the fiercely competitive environment, Liqun Institute can continue to leverage its advantages, strengthen professional construction, and enhance interactive learning between law firms. Finally, Director Yao Ningwu stated that the Judicial Bureau will continue to care and support the development of Liqun Institute.

Deputy Director Cui Zongshu stated that the full coverage of party building and the establishment of party building alliances are the development trend of party building in law firms. As a demonstration point for party building work, Liqun Institute should actively play a leading role and praise Liqun Institute for its vitality. At the same time, he proposed two hopes and requirements: firstly, as a regulatory agency, it should actively improve its business; Secondly, there are many exchange and learning activities, and we should continue to persist. Finally, Deputy Director Cui Zongshu expressed good wishes for the healthy development of Liqun Institute.
