2020年4月2日下午,台州市司法局局长彭永军、副局长马健、律工处处长郑麟、办公室主任朱金伟一行,在椒江区司法局副局长崔宗书、律工科科长施赛眉的陪同下,莅临利群所调研座谈。我所主任王新平律师,创始合伙人周显根律师,顾问柳泖律师,副主任邱素娟律师、郑晓丹律师、毛灵见律师,党支部副书记黄道进律师共同接待了来访领导。

座谈交流前,彭永军局长一行在王新平主任的陪同下,参观了利群所文化展厅、学术报告厅、模拟法庭、贵宾室、母婴室等,并对律所理念、律所文化、办公室布局给予充分的肯定。

在座谈会上,王新平主任“两个化”、“三个一”、“四个多”汇报了利群所2019年的主要工作:

“两个化”

办案专业化和决策民主化。

“三个一”

2019年度全市律师论文研讨会上利群所获奖等次和人数的第一;在2019年度台州市和椒江区青年律师演讲赛上利群所获奖等次和人数的第一;在2019年度椒江区司法行政系统朗诵大赛上利群所得分在椒江区律师行业中名列第一。

“四个多”

一是青年律师多,二是女律师多,三是党员律师多,四是活动培训多。

同时,王新平主任也提出了利群所未来的发展规划及律所发展过程中遇到的困难。创始合伙人周显根律师对青年律师培养提出了若干建议,并以自己的体会指出加强写作的重要性。副主任毛灵见律师就台州市知识产权业务“走出去”提出了意见和建议。

 

在听取汇报后,椒江区司法局副局长崔宗书表示:四所联合本身就很艰难,回顾过去的一年多,重组后的利群所取得了蓬勃发展。希望接下来利群所作为大所能做好示范引领作用,在面对“多人员”的管理和“外业务”的引进这两个方面的困惑要得到及时解决。

台州市司法局办公室主任朱金伟:希望各位律师的想法不能藏在自己这个层面,发展过程中遇到的痛点难点可以通过提案、信息材料递交等途径传达出去,例如人才政策和业务拓展需要扶持也可以通过呼吁争取政策的支持。

  台州市司法局律工处处长郑麟:所获得的荣誉多,责任也就越大,希望利群所的两位副会长能够多多关注台州律师行业的发展。

台州市司法局副局长马健:要多走访,每次来都有不一样的感受,希望今后能和律所加强沟通与交流。

台州市司法局局长彭永军:律师行业的发展确实存着这样那样的问题,司法局要为律师发展创造宽松的条件,搭建更好的平台。此外,律所的发展要注重党建引领,党建的相关工作制度要健全,工作要规范,运作要高效,充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用。意识形态领域加强教育管理,提高政治站位,做到党建引领所建,党建促进所建。在办案上,要追求政治效果、法律效果和社会效果的统一。在人才培养上,律所要以长远的眼光看待青年律师的发展。在队伍建设上,要以更高、更远的目标做规划。最后,彭永军局长提出了五点希望和要求:业务要做精、品牌要做优、公益要做实、队伍要做强、律所要做大。

Ranked first in terms of awards and number of people at the 2019 Municipal Lawyers' Thesis Symposium by Liqun Institute; Li Qun won the first prize in the 2019 Taizhou and Jiaojiang District Young Lawyers Speech Contest; Li Qun's score in the 2019 Jiaojiang District Judicial Administration System Recitation Competition ranked first in the Jiaojiang District's lawyer industry.

At the same time, Director Wang Xinping also proposed the future development plan of Liqun Institute and the difficulties encountered in the development process of the law firm. Lawyer Zhou Xiangen, the founding partner, has put forward several suggestions for the cultivation of young lawyers and pointed out the importance of strengthening writing based on his own experience. Deputy Director Mao Lingjian, a lawyer, provided opinions and suggestions on the "going global" of intellectual property business in Taizhou City.

After listening to the report, Cui Zongshu, deputy director of the Jiaojiang District Bureau of Justice, said: "The four associations themselves are very difficult. Looking back over the past year, the reorganized Liqun has achieved vigorous development.". The Judicial Bureau should create relaxed conditions for the development of lawyers and build a better platform.
