当前，新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情态势日趋严峻，全面的疫情防控也给人们的工作生活造成了诸多不便；尤其是身在外地的湖北人，以及身在湖北的其他城市的人更是面临了诸多不利影响，产生了颇多因疫情引起的法律等问题，需要法律人给予及时关注、帮助。

     为此，浙江利群律师事务所与湖北瑞通天元律师事务所联合成立了“利群・瑞通天元跨区域抗疫法律服务志愿团”，共同为武汉乃至湖北在台州及在武汉或湖北的台州籍乃至浙江籍人士提供公益法律服务等在线帮助。双方在律师自愿报名的基础上，各选派了10名资深律师组成法律服务志愿团，专业涉及劳动人事、经济合同、婚姻家事、知识产权、消费者权益保护、建设工程与房地产、刑事领域等，并分成五个小组，保证每天24小时有律师响应。

    今天上午，浙江利群律师事务所主任王新平律师与湖北瑞通天元律师事务所主任崔宝顺律师已通过微信会议就成立法律服务志愿团事项达成一致，双方代表律所签署《合作备忘录》，宣告志愿团正式成立。

    打赢抗击疫情的全民保卫战，配合做好“非常时期”的法律服务也尤为重要，保障在台州的武汉人员以及在武汉的台州人员切身利益，使其免受疫情之外的更多伤害，浙江利群律师事务所和湖北瑞通天元律师事务所成立了“跨区域抗疫法律服务志愿团”，其宗旨是在疫情防控期内，用专业的法律知识以最快速度就疫情引发的法律问题和相关法律事务提供义务指导和协助，以预防风险隐患，化解社会矛盾，维护公共秩序，稳定社会大局。

At present, the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus infected pneumonia is becoming increasingly serious, and comprehensive epidemic prevention and control has also caused many inconvenience to people's work and life; Especially Hubei residents living in other cities and cities in Hubei are facing many adverse impacts, resulting in many legal and other issues caused by the epidemic, which require timely attention and assistance from legal professionals.

To this end, Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm and Hubei Ruitong Tianyuan Law Firm have jointly established the "Liqun Ruitong Tianyuan Cross regional Anti epidemic Legal Service Volunteer Group" to jointly provide online assistance such as public welfare legal services for individuals from Wuhan and Hubei in Taizhou, as well as those from Taizhou and Zhejiang in Wuhan or Hubei. On the basis of voluntary registration by lawyers, both parties have selected 10 senior lawyers to form a legal service volunteer group, specializing in labor and personnel, economic contracts, marriage and family affairs, intellectual property, consumer rights protection, construction projects and real estate, criminal fields, etc., and are divided into five groups to ensure that lawyers respond 24 hours a day.

This morning, Lawyer Wang Xinping, Director of Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm, and Lawyer Cui Baoshun, Director of Hubei Ruitong Tianyuan Law Firm, reached an agreement on the establishment of a legal service volunteer group through a WeChat meeting. Both parties signed a "Memorandum of Cooperation" on behalf of the law firm, announcing the official establishment of the volunteer group.

Winning the national defense war against the epidemic and cooperating in providing legal services during the "extraordinary period" are also particularly important. We aim to protect the personal interests of Wuhan personnel in Taizhou and those in Wuhan from further harm outside the epidemic. Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm and Hubei Ruitong Tianyuan Law Firm have established the "Cross regional Anti epidemic Legal Service Volunteer Group", with the aim of providing legal services during the epidemic prevention and control period, Provide compulsory guidance and assistance on legal issues and related legal affairs caused by the epidemic with professional legal knowledge as soon as possible, in order to prevent risks and hidden dangers, resolve social conflicts, maintain public order, and stabilize the overall social situation.
