2020年1月8日下午，台州市司法局副局长马健，律工处处长郑麟，市司法局四级调研员、市律师行业党委专职副书记梁丰一行莅临利群所考察调研，椒江区司法局副局长崔宗书、律工科科长施赛眉陪同考察。本次调研以实地考察和座谈交流的形式展开。我所主任王新平律师，创始合伙人周显根律师，顾问柳泖律师，副主任郑晓丹、毛灵见律师，党支部副书记黄道进律师共同接待了来访领导。

座谈交流前，马健副局长一行在王新平主任等人的陪同下，参观了利群所文化展厅、咖啡吧、学术报告厅、模拟法庭、贵宾室、母婴室等，并对律所理念、律所文化、新办公室布局给予高度评价。

在听取工作汇报后，市司法局四级调研员、市律师行业党委专职副书记梁丰表示：利群所重组不久，要稳步发展，不要急于求成；业务发展应首当其冲，业务是其它工作的基础；律所应充分发挥平台的作用，更多地跟企业开展对接活动。

台州市司法局副局长马健在座谈总结时表示：此次交流很有收获，不虚此行，并指出律所发展业务要做强，业务才是律所发展的基础。此外，希望律所能从助推律师行业扶持政策落地、为行业发展规划制定、为青年律师发展提供保障、为律师行业平台搭建等方面多提意见和建议。

Before the symposium, the delegation led by Deputy Director Ma Jian, accompanied by Director Wang Xinping and others, visited the Liqun Institute's cultural exhibition hall, coffee bar, academic Lecture hall, Moot court, VIP room, mother and baby room, and spoke highly of the firm's philosophy, culture, and new office layout.

After listening to the work report, Liang Feng, a fourth level researcher of the Municipal Judicial Bureau and the full-time deputy secretary of the Municipal Lawyer Industry Party Committee, stated that Liqun Institute will be restructured soon and should develop steadily. Don't rush to achieve success; Business development should be the first to bear the brunt, as business is the foundation of other work; Law firms should fully leverage the role of platforms and engage in more docking activities with enterprises.

Ma Jian, Deputy Director of the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Justice, stated in the summary of the discussion that this exchange was very fruitful and worthwhile, and pointed out that law firms need to strengthen their business development, as business is the foundation of law firms' development. In addition, we hope that law firms can provide more opinions and suggestions on promoting the implementation of supportive policies for the lawyer industry, formulating industry development plans, providing guarantees for the development of young lawyers, and building a platform for the lawyer industry.
