12月20日下午，宁波市知识产权专业委员会主任吕甲木律师、副主任卢柯权律师一行5人与台州市律师协会知识产权专业委员会主任毛灵见律师、副主任项俊勇律师以及部分知产委委员在我所就宁波和台州两地知识产权服务的相关内容举行业务交流会。我所知识产权部主任王健律师以及该部门的部分律师参加了此次交流会。

    首先，台州市律协知产委主任、利群所副主任毛灵见律师对于宁波律协知产委同行以及台州律协知产委同行在我所举行知识产权业务交流会表示热烈欢迎，并代表台州律协知产委对于台州律师的知识产权服务情况以及我所的知识产权业务和知识团队建设情况进行了介绍。毛灵见主任指出，知识产权业务对台州律师来说是一个相对较新的业务领域，随着政府以及企业不断加强对于知识产权保护的重视和投入，该业务前景非常广阔，但我们自身的服务能力方面仍存在较大的提升空间。宁波同行在知识产权服务以及业务研究方面都走在全省前列，本次交流会给我们台州律师提供了一个非常好的学习交流机会，同时也希望我所知识产权部的律师借此机会能与宁波以及台州其他同行多一些交流，不断提升我们的知识产权业务服务能力。

    吕甲木主任代表宁波律协知产委就其工作开展情况进行了分享，包括在业内已具有较高知名度的“天一”知识产权论坛等活动组织情况，以及针对年轻优秀知识产权律师而成立的宁波市青年律师知识产权服务团等情况进行了介绍。吕甲木主任同时指出，宁波和台州都是以实体经济为主要市场主体的地区，对于知识产权的服务和需求具有共通性，希望宁波和台州知识产权律师就两地市场主体对于知识产权服务的需求和要求多进行调研和交流，以便更有针对性的提供知识产权服务，助力两地区域经济的发展。

 随后双方就台州地区专利诉讼案件管辖统一至宁波知识产权法庭后的业务影响情况、宁波和台州两地企业对于知识产权保护的重视以及投入情况、专利代理人和律师对于专利诉讼案件的代理情况、知识产权律师团队建设情况以及各方今后的合作等话题进行了交流。

On the afternoon of December 20th, Lawyer Lv Jiamu, Director of the Ningbo Intellectual Property Professional Committee, and Lawyer Lu Kequan, Deputy Director, along with Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Director of the Taizhou Lawyers Association Intellectual Property Professional Committee, Lawyer Xiang Junyong, Deputy Director, and some members of the Intellectual Property Committee, held a business exchange meeting in our institute on the relevant content of intellectual property services in Ningbo and Taizhou. Lawyer Wang Jian, the director of our intellectual property department, as well as some lawyers from that department, participated in this exchange meeting.

Firstly, Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Director of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Taizhou Law Association and Deputy Director of Liqun Institute, warmly welcomed colleagues from the Ningbo Law Association Intellectual Property Committee and the Taizhou Law Association Intellectual Property Committee to hold an intellectual property business exchange meeting in our institute, and on behalf of the Taizhou Law Association Intellectual Property Committee, introduced the intellectual property services of Taizhou lawyers, as well as the intellectual property business and knowledge team construction of our institute. Director Mao Lingjian pointed out that intellectual property business is a relatively new business field for lawyers in Taizhou. With the government and enterprises continuously strengthening their attention and investment in intellectual property protection, the prospects of this business are very broad, but there is still significant room for improvement in our own service capabilities. Our colleagues in Ningbo are at the forefront of the province in terms of intellectual property services and business research. This exchange meeting provides us with a great opportunity for learning and exchange among lawyers in Taizhou. We also hope that our lawyers in the intellectual property department can take this opportunity to communicate more with colleagues in Ningbo and Taizhou, and continuously improve our intellectual property business service capabilities.

Director Lv Jiamu, on behalf of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Ningbo Law Association, shared the progress of his work, including the organization of activities such as the "Tianyi" Intellectual Property Forum, which has gained high popularity in the industry, as well as the establishment of the Ningbo Youth Lawyers' Intellectual Property Service Group for young and outstanding intellectual property lawyers. Director Lv Jiamu also pointed out that Ningbo and Taizhou are regions with the real economy as the main market entities, and have similarities in their services and demands for intellectual property. He hopes that Ningbo and Taizhou's intellectual property lawyers can conduct more research and exchange on the needs and requirements of the two market entities for intellectual property services, in order to provide more targeted intellectual property services and assist the development of the two regional economies.

Subsequently, the two parties exchanged views on the business impact of the jurisdiction of patent litigation cases in Taizhou after it was unified to Ningbo Intellectual Property Court, the attention and investment of enterprises in Ningbo and Taizhou to intellectual property protection, the agency of Patent attorney and lawyers for patent litigation cases, the construction of intellectual property lawyers team, and future cooperation between the parties.
