在大家的翘首期盼下，2020年1月11日，浙江利群律师事务所“融汇创新•共绘精彩”2019总结暨表彰大会燃情开幕，伴随着喜悦的心情，全体利群人汇聚在利群所学术报告厅，大家一同跨过时间的门槛，满怀喜悦迎接一场“团圆”相聚，一起度过一个难忘的时刻！会议由利群所副主任毛灵见律师主持。

在新同事入职介绍中，本次会议拉开了序幕。新同事分别介绍了自身的工作经历，以及成为一名法律人的初心和梦想，并期待在利群实现自身价值，为利群所贡献自己的力量。

会议第二项议程，由我所实习律师代表顾奇誌、团支部代表项登霖律师、女律师代表李雅倩律师、专业部门代表钟瑶瑶律师、年轻律师代表冯懿律师逐一上台发言，或谈势如破竹的成长，或分享从一到十的蜕变，或交流专业化发展的意见，或展望充满希望的明天。他们朝气蓬勃，奋发向上！

利群所创始合伙人周显根律师作“关于我们”主题讲话，他从律所的理念、高度、要求、发展、专业、团队、品牌、文化、精神、希望十个方面对2019进行了评议，并要求大家做一名有始有终、有苦有乐、有情有义的律师。

为了鼓励业务的开拓和创新、激励先进以及倡导积极参与社会、行业以及律所的各项公益性活动，律所对过去一年在理论研究、演讲赛、朗诵比赛、法律服务产品开发、专业成果突出以及其他方面表现优异的律师进行表彰奖励。

 2019利群所发展最为不平凡的一年，同时也是为2020年开启全新征程打下良好基础的一年；展望2020，奋斗是我们的姿态，如月之恒、如日之升 ，我们将栉风沐雨迎接各种挑战！

      春节放假通知：1月18日（农历十二月二十四 ）到1月31日（正月初七）放假，2月1号（正月初八）正式上班。

With everyone's expectation, on January 11, 2020, the 2019 Summary and Commendation Conference of Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm "Convergence and Innovation • Co painting Wonderful" was opened. With joy, all Liqun people gathered in the academic Lecture hall of Liqun Institute. We crossed the threshold of time together, welcomed a "reunion" gathering with joy, and spent an unforgettable moment together! The meeting was chaired by Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Deputy Director of Liqun Institute.

In the introduction of the new colleague, this meeting kicked off. The new colleagues introduced their work experience, as well as their original intention and dream of becoming a legal person, and looked forward to realizing their own value in Liqun and contributing their own strength to Liqun.

The second agenda item of the meeting will be presented one by one by our intern lawyer representative Gu Qizhi, team branch representative Xiang Denglin, female lawyer representative Li Yaqian, professional department representative Zhong Yaoyao, and young lawyer representative Feng Yi. They will discuss the fast-paced growth, share the transformation from one to ten, exchange opinions on professional development, or look forward to a promising tomorrow. They are full of vitality and striving upwards!

Lawyer Zhou Xiangen, the founding partner of Liqun Institute, gave a keynote speech on "About Us". He evaluated 2019 from ten aspects of the law firm's philosophy, height, requirements, development, profession, team, brand, culture, spirit, and hope, and requested everyone to be a lawyer who has a beginning and an end, has both hardship and joy, and has feelings and righteousness.

In order to encourage business development and innovation, motivate advanced individuals, and advocate active participation in various public welfare activities of society, industry, and law firms, the law firm recognizes and rewards lawyers who have performed excellently in theoretical research, speech competitions, recitation competitions, legal service product development, professional achievements, and other aspects over the past year.

At the final stage of the conference, Lawyer Wang Xinping, the director of our institute, presented the 2019 work report on "Integrating Innovation and Drawing Excitement Together" from six aspects: firstly, to forge ahead and take the legal work to a new level; 2、 Serving society and responding to new expectations of social responsibility; 3、 Lawyer training, enhancing professional abilities and surpassing new ones; 4、 Study and implement to build a New normal for party building; 5、 Building a brand and implementing new ideas for cultural construction; 6、 Continuously striving to create new achievements in the development of law firms. Finally, Director Wang Xinping passionately expressed his "Four Senses" message in 2020: I hope that all members of the profit group can rise up with a sense of honor, crisis, responsibility, and magnanimity, and keep moving forward!

The most extraordinary year for the development of Liqun in 2019, as well as laying a solid foundation for a new journey in 2020; Looking forward to 2020, striving is our attitude, as the moon endures and the sun rises, we will face various challenges through wind and rain!
