2019年12月14日，由台州市律师协会主办的实习律师执业技能培训在利群所学术报告厅圆满完成，来自全市各律所的110余名实习律师参加此次培训。  

台州市司法局律工处处长梁丰代表市律协对参加此次培训的青年律师表示热烈欢迎，也向本次培训授课老师及筹备本次活动的市律协青年律师委员会人员表示感谢。梁丰处长还送给参训学员三句话共勉：一是心怀感恩之心，感恩父母、感恩祖国、感恩当下，感恩陪伴我们成长的老师和同伴；二是心怀敬畏之心，必须依法执业、依规执业，绝不逾越法律的底线；三是心怀进取之心，只有勤奋学习，不断进取，才能找到成功的道路。

胡瑞江主任以青年律师的现状与需求为切入点，分析了青年律师的“十大长板”，勉励青年律师脚踏实地，勤勉善学，扬长避短，把握新时代带来的新机遇。最后，胡瑞江主任提醒青年律师避免“五大禁忌”：“忌”眼高手低、“忌”频繁择木、“忌”虎头蛇尾、“忌”有脑无心、“忌”不以为忌。

朱炜律师结合自身多年执业经验，围绕青年律师成长话题，按照律师执业的起步、发展、成熟的成长曲线，从“内”与“外”两方面与青年律师们分享交流了不同阶段的执业心得及不同问题的应对措施，为青年律师传授经验、并给予鼓励。

对于上午的课程，王新平副会长用“清晰、清新、清脆”三个词作了番点评。他指出，两位主讲人授课条理清晰，内容清新，表达清脆。本课程不仅适合实习律师聆听，也适合执业律师乃至资深律师。他认为，实习律师应当坚持一个信念，做到二个拥护，追求三个至上，提高四种素养，掌握五种技能。

法律文书写作是律师执业的基本功，也是律师综合业务能力的体现。王新平主任认为一份优秀的文书应当做到：尊重原创、理由明确、简明扼要、开头新颖、反复打磨。他从标题、措辞、引文、标点等方面详细讲解了法律文书写作应当注意的十个细节，并表示希望青年律师勤加锻炼，扎实练好基本功，在今后的执业活动中大放光彩。

培训结束后，实习律师们表示受益匪浅，实务技能和思维能力有所提升，实习期间的疑惑得以解答，对未来执业也更有信心。

Vice President Wang Xinping made comments on the morning course using the words "clear, fresh, and crisp". He pointed out that the two keynote speakers had clear teaching organization, fresh content, and clear expression. This course is not only suitable for practicing lawyers to listen to, but also for practicing lawyers and even senior lawyers. He believes that intern lawyers should adhere to one belief, achieve two supports, pursue three supremacy, improve four qualities, and master five skills.

After the training, the intern lawyers expressed great benefits, improved their practical skills and thinking abilities, and answered their doubts during the internship. They also had more confidence in their future practice.
