12月12日上午，台州市妇联主席王跃军，副主席马丽，党组成员、权益家儿部部长叶美英一行莅临利群所，就妇女维权服务工作等相关事宜进行考察指导。我所主任王新平律师，副主任、妇委会主任郑晓丹律师，妇委会副主任朱维娜、闫龙华律师，执委李笑笑、金冬灵律师参与接待、座谈。

座谈交流前，王跃军主席、马丽副主席一行在我所副主任、妇委会主任郑晓丹律师的带领下，参观了母婴室、模拟法庭、妇女儿童维权工作室等办公区域。

王新平主任首先从队伍结构、组织架构、专业机构、发展理念等方面汇报了利群所的情况。之后，妇委会主任郑晓丹律师从女职工现状、女律师参与的各行业和社会活动、女律师法治宣讲等方面汇报了利群所妇女工作，并提出了明年的工作思路。

市妇联党组成员、权益家儿部部长叶美英从妇女儿童维权、婚姻家庭矛盾纠纷化解、儿童防性侵等方面，讲解了当前妇联工作开展过程中的热点难点问题，并表示希望能与律所建立紧密的合作，通过不定期组织普法培训班、维权培训班等法治活动，提升妇女儿童的维权意识。

市妇联副主席马丽指出，律所妇委会要发挥积极作用，关爱女律师的工作和生活，加大与市妇联、市妇女儿童活动中心的阵地资源联动，多形式多载体提升女律师的综合素养。

王跃军主席对利群所的党群建设、文化建设、承担社会责任尤其是服务妇女儿童工作上的优秀表现予以高度评价，并对妇委会工作提出希望：一是提高认识。深入贯彻落实党的十九届四中全会精神，把法律工作优势转化为服务群众的有效手段，用实际行动助力社会治理体系和治理能力现代化。二是多措并举。通过强机制、优服务、创载体，多形式多渠道开展普法宣传、法律咨询、法律援助等服务，切实保障妇女儿童合法权益。三是整合资源。加强妇联组织与各行各业妇女团体、巾帼志愿者的交流合作，团结凝聚广大妇女力量，为推进妇女儿童事业发展作出新的贡献。

座谈的最后，双方表示要充分发挥妇联、律所的各自优势，整合资源，建立紧密的合作关系，积极打造维权服务新格局，共同推进妇女儿童权益保护工作。

Our director, Lawyer Wang Xinping, Deputy Director and Director of the Women's Committee, Lawyer Zheng Xiaodan, Deputy Director of the Women's Committee, Lawyers Zhu Weina and Yan Longhua, and Executive Committee members, Lawyers Li Xiaoxiao and Jin Dongling, participated in the reception and discussion.

Before the symposium, the delegation led by Mr. Wang Yuejun, Mr. Ma Li and Mr. Zheng Xiaodan, the deputy director of our institute and the director of the Women's Committee, visited the office areas such as the mother and baby room, the Moot court, and the women and children's rights protection studio.

Director Wang Xinping first reported on the situation of Liqun Institute from aspects such as team structure, organizational structure, professional institutions, and development philosophy. Afterwards, Lawyer Zheng Xiaodan, Director of the Women's Committee, reported on the work of women in Liqun Institute from the perspectives of the current situation of female employees, the various industries and social activities that female lawyers participate in, and the legal education of female lawyers, and proposed work ideas for next year.

Ye Meiying, a member of the Party Group of the Municipal Women's Federation and Minister of the Rights and Interests Department, explained the hot and difficult issues in the current work of the Women's Federation from aspects such as women and children's rights protection, resolving marital and family conflicts and disputes, and preventing sexual assault on children. She expressed her hope to establish close cooperation with law firms and enhance the awareness of women and children's rights protection through irregular organization of legal education training courses and rights protection training courses.

Ma Li, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Women's Federation, pointed out that the Women's Committee of the law firm should play an active role in caring for the work and life of female lawyers, increasing the linkage of resources with the Municipal Women's Federation and the Municipal Women's and Children's Activity Center, and enhancing the comprehensive literacy of female lawyers through various forms and carriers.

Chairman Wang Yuejun highly praised the excellent performance of the Liqun Institute in party building, cultural construction, and social responsibility, especially in serving women and children. He also expressed hope for the work of the Women's Committee: firstly, to raise awareness. Deeply implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, transform the advantages of legal work into effective means of serving the people, and use practical actions to help modernize the social governance system and governance capabilities. The second is to take multiple measures simultaneously. Through strong mechanisms, excellent services, and innovative carriers, we will carry out various forms and channels of legal publicity, consultation, and assistance services to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of women and children. The third is to integrate resources. Strengthen the communication and cooperation between women's federations, women's organizations from all walks of life, and female volunteers, unite and gather the strength of women, and make new contributions to promoting the development of women and children's cause.

At the end of the discussion, both sides expressed the need to fully leverage the respective advantages of the Women's Federation and law firms, integrate resources, establish close cooperative relationships, actively create a new pattern of rights protection services, and jointly promote the protection of women and children's rights and interests.
