为贯彻落实“八八战略”，发挥律师队伍在法治建设的引领作用，切实做好企业法律服务工作，增强企业法治意识，进一步优化营商环境，7月5日上午，椒江经济开发区人大联络站联合区司法局开展“企法通”应用与涉企法律服务宣讲活动，我所企业合规与税务筹划业务部负责人李明峰律师应邀为开发区企业作“企业经营必知的法律税务风险”专题讲座。

李明峰律师将企业经营所遇的法律税务风险分为个人与公司往来款的风险、公司经营资料缺失的风险、公司简易注销风险等三大类，结合法院列举的公司经营六大风险，借助现实案例，用浅显易懂的语言进行生动讲解。回应了企业普遍关注的共性法律问题，帮助企业合规经营，为企业的权益保护与投资环境提供更全面的司法服务。

区司法局党组成员、副局长陈丹向企业介绍了区司法局在推进营商环境法治化与企业合规建设方面的相关举措，并着重针对“企法通”数字化法治智检平台展开深入细致地讲解。“企法通”平台从民营企业最关心、最困扰、最需要的方面入手，注重“未病、欲病、已病”同步梳理诊治，集成法治体检、合同诊断、法律咨询、合同模板下载、典型案例查找等服务，为民营企业保驾护航。

In order to implement the "August 8th Strategy", leverage the leading role of the legal team in the construction of the rule of law, effectively provide legal services for enterprises, enhance their awareness of the rule of law, and further optimize the business environment, on the morning of July 5th, the People's Congress Liaison Station of Jiaojiang Economic Development Zone, in conjunction with the Judicial Bureau of the Zone, launched a lecture on the application of "Enterprise Legal Communication" and enterprise related legal services, Lawyer Li Mingfeng, the head of our corporate compliance and tax planning business department, was invited to give a special lecture on "Legal and Tax Risks that Enterprises Must Know in Business Operation" for enterprises in the development zone.

Lawyer Li Mingfeng divided the legal and tax risks encountered in business operations into three categories: the risk of personal and company transactions, the risk of missing company business information, and the risk of simple company deregistration. Combining with the six major risks listed by the court in company operations, using real-life cases, he vividly explained them in simple and easy to understand language. Responding to the common legal issues that enterprises are generally concerned about, helping enterprises operate in compliance and providing more comprehensive judicial services for the protection of their rights and interests and investment environment.

Chen Dan, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the District Judicial Bureau, introduced the relevant measures of the District Judicial Bureau in promoting the legalization of business environments and the construction of enterprise compliance to enterprises, and focused on providing in-depth and detailed explanations for the "Enterprise Legal Communication" digital legal intelligence inspection platform. The "Enterprise Legal Communication" platform starts from the aspects that private enterprises are most concerned about, troubled by, and in need of, and focuses on synchronous diagnosis and treatment of "pre illness, desire for illness, and already ill". It integrates services such as legal examination, contract diagnosis, legal consultation, contract template download, and typical case search, providing protection for private enterprises.
