8月3日上午，台州市公安局举行全市维护公安民警合法权益座谈会。会议由市公安局办公室主任罗朝辉主持，市公安局党委副书记、常务副局长黄文清，市司法局副局长马健等领导出席会议并讲话。市律协会长、我所合伙人会议主席王新平，党支部书记、副主任黄道进应邀参加会议，并被台州市公安局聘任为台州市“爱警律师服务团”成员，王新平为团长，聘期自2023年8月1日至2028年7月31日。

会上，王新平律师作为台州市维护公安民警合法权益“爱警律师服务团”团长提出两点建议：

一是在平时的工作中，提到维护公安民警合法权益律师服务团时，许多民警还不知道。说明原服务团的影响力还不够，在公安民警群体中还没取得广泛的关注和充分的信任。新服务团成立后，应加大宣传力度。另外，刑事案件中，律师和民警可能会站在对立面，但就公安机关行政执法领域，服务团可以提供法律支持，包括开展培训讲座、法律论证、法律咨询等多种方式。律师服务团的工作范围和工作方法还有待提升，关键要开拓思路，要有工作计划。

二是与市检察官协会、市法官协会相比，市律协与市警察协会沟通交流要来的少。其实在刑民交叉、刑事报案等方面，两家协会有合作的空间，可以携手为我市企业及企业家创造良好的法治营商环境。双方应进一步加强沟通交流，形成警律良性互动机制；甚至可以率先探索积累律师维护公安民警合法权益、公安机关依法保障律师执业权利的有效经验，树立品牌效应。

On the morning of August 3rd, the Taizhou Public Security Bureau held a symposium on safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of police officers throughout the city. The meeting was chaired by Luo Chaohui, Director of the Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau. Huang Wenqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Ma Jian, Deputy Director of the Municipal Judicial Bureau, and other leaders attended and delivered speeches. Wang Xinping, President of the Municipal Lawyers Association and Chairman of our partner meeting, and Huang Daojin, Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Branch, were invited to attend the meeting and were appointed by the Taizhou Public Security Bureau as a member of the Taizhou "Love Police Lawyer Service Team", with Wang Xinping as the team leader. The appointment period is from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2028.

At the meeting, Lawyer Wang Xinping, as the head of the "Love Police Lawyer Service Team" in Taizhou City, proposed two suggestions:

Firstly, when it comes to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of public security police lawyers in their daily work, many police officers are not yet aware of it. The influence of the original service group is not enough, and it has not yet gained widespread attention and sufficient trust among the public security police community. After the establishment of the new service team, efforts should be made to increase publicity. In addition, in criminal cases, lawyers and police may stand on the opposite side, but in the field of administrative law enforcement by public security organs, service teams can provide legal support, including conducting training lectures, legal argumentation, legal consultation, and other methods. The scope and methods of work of the lawyer service team still need to be improved, and the key is to develop ideas and have a work plan.

Secondly, compared to the Municipal Prosecutors' Association and the Municipal Judges' Association, there is less communication and exchange between the Municipal Lawyers' Association and the Municipal Police Association. In fact, there is room for cooperation between the two associations in areas such as criminal and civil intersection and criminal reporting, and they can work together to create a good legal business environment for enterprises and entrepreneurs in our city. Both sides should further strengthen communication and exchange, and form a benign interaction mechanism between police and law; We can even take the lead in exploring and accumulating effective experience in lawyers' protection of the legitimate rights and interests of public security police officers, and public security organs' legal protection of lawyers' practicing rights, in order to establish a brand effect.
