尚未来得及与春天拥抱，夏日炙热的风已扑面而来。2023已过半载，在全体成员的共同努力下，利群所上半年工作已划上了圆满的句号，一半暖阳希望，一半乘风破浪。7月1日-7月2日，利群所2023年中总结大会暨红色团建之旅在宁海顺利举办，全体合伙人、执业律师、实习律师以及行政人员齐聚一堂。

二、全体律师大会

1.新同事自我介绍

今年上半年，我所迎来了五位新同事，他们意气风发、才华横溢、如百川归海奔涌而来。值此年中之际，五位新同事在会上进行了自我介绍，向全体同事展示了自己的专业能力和工作经验。这不仅有助于新同事们更快地融入律所和团队，也为律所注入了新的活力和能量。在这个不断变化和发展的时代，律所需要不断吸纳新的人才，以应对市场和竞争的挑战。

2.副主任工作通报

首先，我所党支部书记、副主任黄道进律师对上半年的工作作了通报总结，并向大家分享了成长路上的执业困惑以及发展思路。随后，黄律师从着装、形象、礼仪等细节入手表明了发展案源的重要性，通过多参与法律援助、公益宣讲等活动以及案例宣传等方式来推广律师个人品牌，助力案源的拓展。最后，黄律师希望我所青年律师们能够在执业的成长路上克服焦虑、脚踏实地，未来定能行稳致远。

蔡辉强副主任用“三件大事儿”概括了上半年的工作情况，一是为OA系统植入了“威科先行”的软件，方便律师平日工作里的案例查询；二是制定了律所的收费制度，规范律所的管理制度和收费标准；三是规制法律文书以及文本。蔡律师以几点例子为依据，反面强调了作为一名律师，不要迷恋线上的沟通工具，而是踏踏实实提升线下面对面交流技巧。

尹朝辉副主任分管律所行政工作，为打造规范、有序、最具幸福感的律所，他提出了下半年的行政工作思路。随后，尹律师通过自身的执业经验和生动案例以“焦虑、沉淀、细节”三个词鼓励青年律师克服焦虑，需要沉淀自身的专业素质和能力，同时也要注重着装、待人接物、见客户前的准备等细节。

对于青年律师的培养和业务培训方面，冯懿副主任就上年半的培训工作情况，总结出了以“立足于实务，兼顾其他领域”的培训方向，并布置了下半年的工作计划安排。他表示青年律师是律所的重要财富，也是律所今后发展的基础，并从三个方面浅谈青年律师，一是立身要正；二是坚持专业化道路；三是善于交流。   

3.年中工作总结

大会最后，毛灵见主任对律所上半年的工作作了总结通报，并就下半年的律所工作提出思路和构想。毛主任表示，在全体利群同事的共同努力下，上半年的业务量继续保持了增长态势。此外，毛主任也提到了新同事的加盟，进一步完善了利群的人才结构。他强调，下半年将会遇到诸多挑战，希望在原有的成绩基础上，心之所向，素履以往。

一是坚持政治引领，服务地方社会经济发展

律所、律师的发展离不开社会政治经济的大环境，我们在坚定执业信念的同时，做到与时代以及地方社会经济的发展同频。

开发台州民营经济大市、制造业大市的这个区域性宝藏，为民营经济的发展、制造业的转型升级提供领域的智力支持。

二是推进专业化建设，做一家长期的价值服务提供商

专业的法律服务是律师行业的根本，也是律所和律师存续和发展基础。

在做好专业的同时，要深入行业发展，不仅要成为一名专业律师，还要成为一名行业律师。

三是强化规范化管理，为律所的长远发展做好护航

规范无小事，一出事就是大事。律所要完善档案管理、归档制度，做好案件登记流程，今年将全面落实。

四是不断提升办公支持，打造实实在在的幸福感律所

三、红色团建之旅

十里红妆

由普利兹克建筑奖获得者王澍团队担任设计的十里红妆文化园，处处都是拍照的好地方，各个馆连接处的墙面构成的窗，把山和建筑囊括在其中，仿佛一幅大型山水画。走进十里红妆文化园，就如同走进了一座传统婚嫁文化的宝库，琳琅满目的馆藏会让人大开眼界。

柔石故居

走进柔石故居，党员律师深度探寻革命烈士的红色信仰之路，并通过“红色党课”，深入学习柔石先生投身革命，忧国忧民，为国捐躯的牺牲精神。

在支部书记黄道进的领誓下，全体党员重温自己在党旗下的铮铮誓言，重温初心、感悟初心、践行初心，把党的根本宗旨和奋斗目标更好的内化于心、外化于行。

梅花村会议遗址

7月2日，利群律师们集中参观了梅花村会议遗址，该馆是烈士葛希曾的故居，通过实地实景实物，感怀革命先烈英勇事迹，接受党性教育，坚定理想信念。深切感受革命前辈“凌寒独开”的进取精神、“斗霜傲雪”的奋斗精神、“暗影留香”的奉献精神，由此更加坚定了为人民服务的使命感和信念。

前童古镇

她是陈逸飞遗作《理发师》的拍摄地，刻在骨子里的沧桑与安静吸引了无数游客专程前来。不似乌镇、西塘那般精致，前童古镇呈现出来的，更多的是她那沧桑的、朴素的美丽。

1.New colleague self introduction

In the first half of this year, I welcomed five new colleagues, who were full of energy, talent, and came rushing back like a hundred rivers returning to the sea. At the mid year, five new colleagues introduced themselves at the meeting and showcased their professional abilities and work experience to all colleagues. This not only helps new colleagues integrate more quickly into the law firm and team, but also injects new vitality and energy into the law firm. In this constantly changing and developing era, law firms need to constantly attract new talents to meet the challenges of the market and competition.

2. Deputy Director's Work Briefing

Firstly, Lawyer Huang Daojin, Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Branch of our institute, gave a briefing and summary of the work in the first half of the year, and shared with everyone the practical confusion and development ideas on the way to growth. Subsequently, Lawyer Huang emphasized the importance of developing case sources by focusing on details such as clothing, image, and etiquette. By participating more in legal aid, public welfare lectures, and case promotion, he promoted his personal brand and assisted in expanding case sources. Finally, Lawyer Huang hopes that our young lawyers can overcome anxiety and be down-to-earth in their career growth, and will be able to work steadily and achieve great success in the future.

Deputy Director Cai Huiqiang summarized the work situation in the first half of the year with "three major issues". Firstly, he implanted "Weike First" software into the OA system to facilitate case inquiries in lawyers' daily work; The second is to establish a fee system for law firms, standardize their management system and fee standards; The third is to regulate legal documents and texts. Based on a few examples, Lawyer Cai emphasized on the contrary that as a lawyer, one should not be obsessed with online communication tools, but rather steadily improve their communication skills from offline to face-to-face.

Deputy Director Zheng Xiaodan, as the main person in charge of human resources at the law firm, gave a brief report on the recruitment work in the first half of the year at the conference and proposed the vision of "the law firm going out of Taizhou and entering the ranks of national strong firms" to help the recruitment work proceed more smoothly. In addition, Lawyer Zheng also explained in detail the six basic conditions for law firms to attract talents and the rules and regulations for talent cultivation. Lawyer Zheng stated that talent is an important core of the development of a law firm, and the inheritance of a law firm cannot be separated from talent. Finally, Lawyer Zheng hopes that his fellow lawyers present can recommend more outstanding talents to work together for the development of the law firm.

Deputy Director Yin Chaohui is in charge of the administrative work of the law firm. In order to create a standardized, orderly, and happiest law firm, he proposed the administrative work ideas for the second half of the year. Subsequently, Lawyer Yin encouraged young lawyers to overcome anxiety through his own practice experience and vivid cases, using the words "anxiety, precipitation, and details". He needed to cultivate his professional qualities and abilities, while also paying attention to details such as clothing, interpersonal skills, and preparation before meeting clients.

Regarding the cultivation and professional training of young lawyers, Deputy Director Feng Yi summarized the training direction of "based on practice and taking into account other fields" based on the training work situation in the previous half of the year, and arranged the work plan for the second half of the year. He stated that young lawyers are an important asset for law firms and the foundation for their future development. He also discussed young lawyers from three aspects: one is to stand upright; Secondly, adhere to the path of specialization; The third is to be good at communication.

3. Mid year Work Summary

At the end of the conference, Director Mao Lingjian summarized and reported on the work of the law firm in the first half of the year, and proposed ideas and ideas for the work of the law firm in the second half of the year. Director Mao stated that with the joint efforts of all Liqun colleagues, the business volume in the first half of the year continued to maintain a growth trend. In addition, Director Mao also mentioned the joining of new colleagues, which further improved the talent structure of Liqun. He emphasized that in the second half of the year, there will be many challenges to be faced, and he hopes to build on his previous achievements and stick to his past aspirations.

Ten Mile Red Makeup

The Ten Li Red Makeup Cultural Park, designed by the team of Pulitzer Prize winner Wang Shu, is a great place to take photos everywhere. The walls connecting the various pavilions form windows that encompass the mountains and buildings, resembling a large-scale landscape painting. Entering the Shili Red Makeup Cultural Park is like entering a treasure trove of traditional wedding culture, with a dazzling collection that will broaden one's horizons.

Roushi's Former Residence

Entering Roushi's former residence, party members and lawyers delved deeply into the path of revolutionary martyrs' red faith, and through the "Red Party Class," they deeply learned Mr. Roushi's spirit of sacrifice in dedicating himself to the revolution, caring for the country and the people, and sacrificing his life for the country.

Under the oath of branch secretary Huang Daojin, all party members reviewed their solemn vows under the party flag, reviewed their original aspirations, understood their original aspirations, and fulfilled their original aspirations, better internalizing and externalizing the fundamental purpose and goal of the party in their hearts and actions.

Meihua Village Conference Site

On July 2nd, Liqun lawyers gathered to visit the ruins of the Meihua Village Conference, which is the former residence of martyr Ge Xizeng. Through on-site physical observation, they expressed their gratitude for the heroic deeds of revolutionary martyrs, received party spirit education, and strengthened their ideals and beliefs. I deeply feel the enterprising spirit of the revolutionary predecessors, the spirit of fighting against frost and proud snow, and the spirit of dedicating myself to the fragrance of the shadows, which have strengthened my sense of mission and belief in serving the people.

Qiantong Ancient Town

She is the filming location for Chen Yifei's posthumous work "The Barber", and the vicissitudes and tranquility engraved in her bones have attracted countless tourists to come specially. Not as exquisite as Wuzhen and Xitang, Qiantong Ancient Town presents more of its vicissitudes and simple beauty.
