提升培训班作专题授课

为立足岗位，践行使命，推动妇女权益保障工作高质量发展，2023年5月24日下午，利群所婚姻家事与财富传承业务部副主任、妇联主席、利群公益法治宣讲团成员闫龙华律师应邀为“2023椒江区基层妇联干部履职能力提升培训班”作《婚姻家庭维权实务》专题授课。

本次课程以新修订的2023年1月1日开始实施的《妇女权益保障法》为主，内容包括妇女的政治权利、人身权和人格权益、劳动和社会保障权益、婚姻家庭权益等多方面规定。

为增强课程的实用性，闫律师以共同财产分割为例，从民法典、妇女权益保障法、民事诉讼法等多部法律角度，讲解了如何合法取证、界定共同财产范围及依法分割，从而实现婚姻家庭权益的保护。通过分享具体案例、讲解法条的实践运用及注意事项，便于妇联干部依法开展工作。

课程最后，闫律师还分享了发生在身边的家庭教育指导令案例，以引起大家对另一部法律即《家庭教育促进法》的重视。

In order to stand on the post, fulfill the mission, and promote the high-quality development of women's rights and interests protection, on the afternoon of May 24, 2023, Yan Longhua, Deputy Director of the Marriage, Family Affairs and Wealth Inheritance Business Department of Liqun Institute, President of the Women's Federation, and member of Liqun Public Welfare and Rule of Law Publicity Group, was invited to give a special lecture on "Practice of Marriage and Family Rights Protection" for the "2023 Training Class for Improving the Competence of Women's Federation Cadres at the Basic Level in Jiaojiang District".

This course focuses on the newly revised Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, which will be implemented on January 1, 2023. The content includes women's political rights, personal rights and personality rights, labor and social security rights, marriage and family rights and other provisions.

In order to enhance the practicability of the course, Lawyer Yan took the division of common property as an example to explain how to legally obtain evidence, define the scope of common property and divide it according to law, so as to protect the rights and interests of marriage and family, from the perspective of the Civil code, the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Civil Procedure Law and other laws. By sharing specific cases, explaining the practical application and precautions of the law, it is convenient for women's federation cadres to carry out their work in accordance with the law.

At the end of the course, Lawyer Yan also shared cases of family education guidance orders that occurred around him, in order to raise awareness of another law, the Family Education Promotion Law.
