笔耕不辍 崇法唯实 ——

利群所2023年实务理论（论文）研讨会成功举办

为更好的聚焦律师的专业业务研究能力，展示和交流我所律师的最新理论实务研究成果。5月17日晚，浙江利群律师事务所2023年度律师实务理论（论文）研讨会在本所学术报告厅顺利举办。

本次研讨会共征集论文18篇，经初审后，选出15篇论文参加会议交流，选题内容涵盖了律师行业发展、破产与重组、知识产权与反不正当竞争、建设工程与房地产、刑事、侵权责任以及政府与公共服务等领域的相关法律问题。

研讨会上，15位论文作者依次进行交流汇报，他们旁征博引、写作思路清晰。有的律师从理论上分析法律原则、法律条款，有的律师则通过自身所办案例，阐述对法律及相关规定的理解，既有理论探析又有实战经验总结，让参加此次研讨的律师们备受启发。

交流汇报结束后，我所主任毛灵见律师、顾问李中年律师、副主任蔡辉强律师、冯懿律师以及高级合伙人张文中律师作为评委对本次论文进行了深入细致的点评，既指出了每篇论文的亮点，同时又针对论文的不足部分提出了改进意见，并从观点提炼、数据化运用、写作规范等方面进行了交流分享。

经过3个多小时的交流并经评审，2023年度律师实务理论（论文）研讨会最终评选出一等奖2篇、二等奖3篇、三等奖5篇，并进行了表彰。

颁奖结束后，毛灵见主任做最后总结发言。他表示：首先，理论实务研究能力是一名专业律师的基本素养，也是我们打造强势专业化律所的基本要求，我们每一位利群的律师在执业过程中都应重视理论实务的研究；其次，结合其自身的论文写作经验，指出一篇好的理论实务研究论文除应遵循论文写作的范式外，内容和选题上要“小处着手、大处着眼”，多研究专业领域中相对前沿的法律实务问题；最后，对所有获奖同事表示祝贺，并对本次提交论文的同事都进行了肯定，鼓励我所律师积极参与各类实务论文研讨活动，以实际行动不断提升我们的要求和市场需求，服务经济社会发展大局。

The 2023 Practical Theory (Thesis) Seminar of Liqun Institute Successfully Held

To better focus on lawyers' professional business research capabilities and showcase and exchange the latest theoretical and practical research achievements of our lawyers. On the evening of May 17, the 2023 Lawyer Practice Theory (Thesis) Seminar of Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm was successfully held in the academic Lecture hall of the Institute.

A total of 18 papers were collected in this seminar. After preliminary review, 15 papers were selected to participate in the conference exchange. The topics covered legal issues related to the development of the lawyer industry, bankruptcy and reorganization, intellectual property and anti Unfair competition, construction projects and real estate, criminal, tort liability, government and public services.

At the seminar, 15 paper authors communicated and reported in turn, citing extensively and with clear writing ideas. Some lawyers analyze legal principles and provisions from a theoretical perspective, while others explain their understanding of the law and related regulations through their own case studies. This includes both theoretical analysis and practical experience summary, which has greatly inspired the lawyers participating in this seminar.

After the exchange report, our director, Lawyer Mao Lingjian, consultant, Lawyer Li Zhongzhong, deputy director, Lawyer Cai Huiqiang, Lawyer Feng Yi, and senior partner, Lawyer Zhang Wenzhong, served as judges to provide in-depth and detailed comments on this paper. They not only pointed out the highlights of each paper, but also proposed improvement suggestions for the shortcomings of the paper. They also exchanged and shared ideas from perspectives such as viewpoint extraction, data application, and writing standards.

After more than 3 hours of communication and evaluation, the 2023 Lawyer Practice Theory (Thesis) Seminar ultimately selected 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, and 5 third prizes, and was commended.

After the award ceremony, Mao Ling gave a final concluding speech to the director. He said: Firstly, the ability to conduct theoretical and practical research is a fundamental quality for a professional lawyer, and it is also a fundamental requirement for us to build a strong and professional law firm. Each of our niche lawyers should attach importance to theoretical and practical research in the practice process; Secondly, based on their own paper writing experience, it is pointed out that a good theoretical and practical research paper should not only follow the paradigm of paper writing, but also focus on "small areas and big areas" in terms of content and topic selection, and focus more on relatively cutting-edge legal and practical issues in the professional field; Finally, congratulations are extended to all award-winning colleagues and recognition is given to all colleagues who submitted their papers this time. We encourage our lawyers to actively participate in various practical paper discussion activities, continuously improving our requirements and market demand through practical actions, and serving the overall economic and social development situation.
