为充分发挥律师在民法典宣传教育工作中的作用，切实做好民法典的普及和宣传工作，积极营造尊法学法守法用法的良好氛围，2020年6月21日，浙江利群律师事务所“《民法典》宣讲团”正式成立，将向社会各界系统化、常态化讲解《民法典》。

     浙江利群律师事务所充分发挥律师专业优势，以利群所民商事专业部为主体，吸纳了党员律师及各业务团队的专业律师共17名组成了《民法典》宣讲团，其中党员9名，充分体现了党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员律师的先锋带头作用，展现了利群律师讲政治、顾大局、有担当、有作为的国家法治建设者形象。

     利群民法典宣讲团成员将认真聚焦习总书记在中央政治局第二十次集体学习时讲话内容的精神内涵和任务，贯彻落实习总书记“要充分发挥律师事务所和律师等法律专业机构、专业人员的作用，帮助群众实现和维护自身合法权益”以及“要广泛开展民法典普法工作”的重要指示精神，深入党政机关、企事业单位、社区街道，通过法治宣讲、公益法律咨询、赠送《民法典》、网络平台宣传等方式，普及和宣传《民法典》，以实现让《民法典》走到群众身边、走进群众心里，当好《民法典》的普法宣传员，为推进国家社会主义民主法治建设贡献一份力量。
