There is no unified civil litigation evidence law in China, and the relevant civil litigation evidence rules are scattered and messy. It is not convenient for learning or application. This book comprehensively sorts out the existing evidence provisions in the Civil Procedure Law and related judicial interpretations, and adopts a "codification" method for systematic compilation. Adhere to the "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Civil Procedure Evidence" as the main line, take evidence collection, evidence adduction, cross examination and authentication as the logical order, integrate the relevant evidence provisions in the Civil Procedure Law and the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, and strive to achieve "three in one" through supplementation, integration and adjustment.

The civil litigation evidence rules after the unification consist of 8 chapters and 138 articles in total. For the convenience of readers' understanding and application, key points and annotations are attached below each legal provision, and as much as possible, relevant provisions, judicial viewpoints, and typical cases are selected as a whole.
