为丰富律师的精神文化生活，以优秀作品激发律师执业情怀，进一步激励利群律师严谨求实、守护法治、服务大局的工作热情。3月23日晚，利群所组织所内人员包场观看了热映电影《毒舌律师》。

《毒舌律师》讲述了律师林凉水为维护深陷虐女冤案的单亲妈妈，向权贵发起捍卫法律尊严之战的故事。影片结束后，利群律师们各抒己见，纷纷表达了自己的观后感言。

电影无疑是激扬口才、大快人心的，但电影可能源于现实，绝对高于现实。司法制度、司法实践决定了我们无法拥有电影里的毒舌律师主角光环，特别是我们这些普通的再不能平凡的律师，但至少有两点是相通的：一是扪心自问学法的初心，从事法律工作的初衷为何？如今又实现了多少？；二是认真细致对待每个案件，每位当事人的工作要求，其实也是工作品质。如上，信守着、做到了，我们也可以实现平凡的价值。

本片让我印象深刻的是钟氏家族的顾问律师董卫国出庭作证时与林凉水之间关于程序正义与事实真相的交锋辩论。是无视真相倚仗权贵的沐猴而冠与恃强凌弱还是面对真相信奉良知的竭尽所能与济弱锄强，不同的法律价值观催生大律师行业内奇然迥异的生存状态。那一幕令人动容的是试问自己作为法律人面对只手遮天的强弱悬殊会是如何选择与坚守。电影本身的戏剧化凸显出来的社会阶层化我想最终发出的思考是做一个人最终的底线是什么？诚以为无论英美法系抑或大陆法系下，朴素的正义均是殊途同归。

这部电影对我感触很大，还记得我还是个法学生的时候，在选择这个职业的时候想的是追求公平与正义，希望通过自身的努力给需要帮助的人带来希望跟温暖。如今我已经如愿成为了一名律师，在维护公平正义的路上，我一直坚守着自己的工作底线，看到电影中控辩双方的律师在庭上的针锋相对让人热血沸腾，他们都坚信“我情愿被人打，好过被天收”，站出来维护正义、守住良知让人敬佩，是我辈学习的楷模。这个电影也给了我一个很大的警醒，每一个案件都得认真对待，对于我们来说可能只是一个案子，但是对于当事人来说就是他的人生，不是所有的案子都能像电影一样有“翻盘”的机会。

最后，我很赞同影片中的一句话“是非不在金银，公道自在人心。”

维护公平正义是永恒的话题。影片的中心思想不仅传递了法治价值和法治精神，也让我们深刻明白实现公平正义、捍卫法律尊严是每一位律师的职责和使命。今后我们将会以更饱满的热情投入到每一个案件中，让“公道之下，正义不朽”的理念深入人心。

Movies are undoubtedly eloquent and heartwarming, but they may originate from reality and are definitely higher than reality. The judicial system and judicial practice have determined that we cannot possess the aura of the protagonist of the poisonous tongued lawyer in movies, especially for us ordinary lawyers who can no longer be ordinary. However, at least two things are common: firstly, we should ask ourselves the original intention of studying law and what is the original intention of engaging in legal work? How much has been achieved now?; The second is to treat each case seriously and meticulously. The work requirements of each party are actually the quality of their work. As mentioned above, by adhering to and achieving it, we can also achieve ordinary value.

What impressed me deeply in this film was the confrontation and debate between Dong Weiguo, the consultant lawyer of the Zhong family, and Lin Liangshui about Procedural justice and the truth when he gave testimony in court. Whether it is relying on powerful individuals to ignore the truth and bully the weak, or relying on true faith and conscience to do everything possible and help the weak, different legal values have given rise to vastly different survival conditions in the barrister industry. The touching scene was asking myself how I, as a legal person, would choose and persevere in the face of the great disparity between strength and weakness that covered the sky with one hand. The dramatization of the movie itself highlights the social stratification. What is the ultimate bottom line for being a person? I sincerely believe that no matter under the Common law or the civil law system, simple justice is the same way.

This movie has a great impact on me. I remember when I was a law student, when I chose this profession, I wanted to pursue fairness and justice, hoping to bring hope and warmth to those in need through my own efforts. Now that I have become a lawyer as I wish, I have always adhered to my bottom line in maintaining fairness and justice. Watching the lawyers from both the prosecution and defense in the movie confront each other in court, it makes people blood boil. They all believe that "I would rather be beaten than taken", standing up to uphold justice and uphold conscience is admirable, and is a model for our generation to learn from. This movie also gave me a great reminder that every case needs to be taken seriously. For us, it may just be a case, but for the parties involved, it is their life. Not all cases can have the opportunity to "overturn" like movies.

Finally, I strongly agree with the saying in the film that 'right and wrong are not in gold and silver, justice is at ease in people's hearts.'

At the same time, due to the need to confront powerful public power, criminal defense further tests the skills, wisdom, and courage of lawyers. The unfavorable situation faced by Lawyer Lin in the movie is also the norm in our criminal defense. It is normal for evidence to be unfavorable to the parties involved. At this point, how to find a breakthrough point and how to find strong arguments is a problem that every professional criminal lawyer will face. After watching the movie, I became even more determined to uphold a just heart. Only the faith in my heart can help us break free from the shackles of our thinking, guide us out of darkness, and usher in light.

Maintaining fairness and justice is an eternal topic. The central idea of the film not only conveys the value and spirit of the rule of law, but also makes us deeply understand that achieving fairness and justice and defending legal dignity are the responsibilities and missions of every lawyer. In the future, we will devote more enthusiasm to every case, so that the concept of "justice under fairness, immortality" can be deeply rooted in people's hearts.
