2022年12月11日下午，洪家街道社工站联合鸿源社区党委、小鹏汽车组织青少年儿童在利群所举办“小律师大作为”——成长体验营活动，带领小朋友们走进律所，了解律师工作，普法学法，寓教于乐，共同度过了难忘的时光。

下午，小朋友们成群结队地来到利群所，汪文琦律师带领他们分别参观了律所的党建园地、文化展厅、办公场所等，并简单介绍了律所的发展历程、文化活动和工作环境。

在党群议事厅入座后，张栩溢律师为小朋友们开展了以法治校园为主题的普法小课堂，分享校园霸凌典型案例，说明霸凌施暴的法律后果，普及相关法律知识，教授小朋友们面对校园霸凌时的应对方法。期间，张栩溢律师更是用提问抢答的形式来帮助小朋友们掌握刚学到的法律小知识，同时也为课堂增添了几分趣味。

随后，在张栩溢、郑雅文、汪文琦律师和实习律师许听雨、刘采鑫的引导带领下，小朋友们在律所模拟法庭进行了一场沉浸式庭审，并感受到了法律和法庭的别样魅力。

模拟法庭围绕一起民事诉讼案件展开，几位小朋友分别饰演角色，真实还原了案件法庭调查、法庭辩论和法庭宣判三个阶段的场景。小朋友们虽面容稚嫩，但都正襟危坐，在辩论环节你来我往、唇枪舌战，俨然已成为了真正的“审判员”、“原告”与“被告”。

最后，利群所副主任尹朝辉律师为小朋友们颁发奖状和勋章。大家一齐合影留念，为“小律师大作为”成长体验营活动画上了一个圆满的句号。小朋友们纷纷表示，这次成长体验营活动不仅让他们收获了许多新知识，也对律师的工作有了更多了解，更有小朋友表示以后要好好学习，做一名真正的大律师。

本次活动的开展，不仅使小朋友们在玩乐中了解了法律知识，开阔了眼界，同时也培养他们从小树立知法懂法的思维理念。未来，利群所也将一直致力于增强青少年自我保护意识和法律观念，助力青少年儿童安全健康成长。

In the afternoon, children flocked to Liqun Law Firm. Lawyer Wang Wenqi led them to visit the law firm's party building garden, cultural exhibition hall, office space, etc., and briefly introduced the law firm's development history, cultural activities, and work environment.

After taking a seat in the Party and Mass Conference Hall, Lawyer Zhang Xuyi held a law popularization class with the theme of "governing the campus by law" for the children, sharing typical cases of campus bullying, explaining the legal consequences of bullying, popularizing relevant legal knowledge, and teaching children how to respond to campus bullying. During this period, Lawyer Zhang Xuyi used the form of questioning and answering to help children master the legal knowledge they had just learned, while also adding some fun to the classroom.

Then, under the guidance of lawyers Zhang Xuyi, Zheng Yawen, Wang Wenqi, and trainee lawyers Xu Tingyu and Liu Caixin, the children held an immersive trial in the Moot court of the law firm, and felt the unique charm of the law and the court.

The Moot court revolves around a civil litigation case, with several children playing roles respectively, which truly restores the scene of three stages of the case: court investigation, court debate and court sentence. Although the children may have childish faces, they all sit upright and engage in debates with each other, as if they have become true 'judges',' plaintiffs', and 'defendants'.

Finally, Lawyer Yin Chaohui, Deputy Director of Liqun Institute, presented certificates and medals to the children. Everyone took a group photo as a souvenir, marking a successful end to the growth experience camp animation of "Little Law Teacher's Great Action". The children expressed that this growth experience camp activity not only allowed them to gain a lot of new knowledge, but also gained a better understanding of the work of lawyers. Some children also expressed that they should study hard and become a true lawyer in the future.

The implementation of this activity not only enabled children to understand legal knowledge and broaden their horizons during play, but also cultivated their mindset of understanding the law from a young age.
