4月9日上午，浙江利群律师事务所与浙江省台州市东海公证处战略合作协议签署仪式于东海公证处会议室举行，浙江利群律师事务所副主任兼公司与资本市场部主任毛灵见、知识产权部主任王健、浙江省台州市东海公证处主任曹向东、公证员助理颜梁兵出席了本次签署仪式。

双方就深化业务合作进行了洽谈。

毛灵见副主任表示，利群律师事务所于去年年底进行了重组，建立了知识产权专业部、民商事专业部、建设工程专业部等十个专业部门，现正朝着“规模化、规范化、专业化和品牌化”的发展之路迈进。随着业务规模和专业服务能力迈上一个新台阶，涉及公证的相关业务也必将增多。尤其在转向专业化的业务发展模式之后，不仅是在证据保全方面，而且在涉外法律服务、婚姻家事等诸多领域都会涉及公证的相关事项，希望今后利群律师在办理涉及公证的相关业务时，东海公证处能够尽可能地提供支持与便利，同时也希望双方能以此次合作为契机，打造双赢、可持续发展的战略合作关系。

曹向东主任表示，利群律师事务所与东海公证处此前一直有着良好的合作基础，本次战略合作协议的签署，既是为了更好的保障和提升我们公证处公证服务质量，也是希望能够给予利群律师尽可能的工作支持。合作期内凡是涉及利群律师事务所的公证业务，将按照现行规定给予最大优惠，同时对办理证据保全公证业务，在时间方面尽量予以保障，涉及办理其他类公证业务，也尽量予以优先安排。

此次战略合作协议的顺利签署，推动了公证处与律所之间的良性互动、实现优势互补，也意味着利群律师将更好地参与法律服务共同体的建设，并为利群客户提供更加便捷和优质的法律服务。
