为继续推进利群律师事务所专业化建设与发展，进一步提高利群律师的服务质量与水平，共同实现2019年整体的经营目标。3月31日，利群律师事务所2019年度第一次全体律师大会及主任扩大会议于椒江区一景天山庄召开，利群所全体律师、助理及行政人员参加了此次会议。会议由利群所主任王新平律师主持。

会议第一项议程

利群所党支部副书记黄道进律师向大家传达了全市律师、基层法律服务行业学习贯彻全国“两会”精神暨“培优创先”动员活动会议的会议精神，并就未来律所党建工作计划做了详细介绍。

会议第二项议程

律所10大专业部门负责人座谈交流，各部门主任、副主任分别介绍了专业部的团队建设、发展规划，并就如何更好的建设专业团队，如何引进和培养人才，如何突破执业瓶颈，如何开拓新业务，如何推进部门内部、部门之间的合作等内容表达了自己的想法并展开了激烈的讨论。

第三项议程

我所主任王新平作出讲话，王主任根据律所今年的工作计划，从组织架构和律所文化两方面向大家介绍了律所重组后律所建立与运行、规范化制度的完善与落实的基本情况，并提出了律所短期、中期、远期发展的战略目标。

会议第四项议程

为积极推进律所工作信息化管理，律师工作信息化建设，我所特别邀请了来自山西的姚强老师为大家进行了系统的管理软件培训。信息化管理系统将大数据技术全程运用于法律服务产品、律所信息化管理、风险控制等律所执业活动全过程，将传统人为管理转化为信息化管理。培训会上，姚老师通过PPT和实际操作对该系统APP的各功能做了详细的解说和演示。与会律师仔细聆听并认真记录，积极提问并细致交流。

主任寄语：我们的今天并不完美，前行的路上，必有风雨，但是坚持初心、拥抱变化是我们不变的选择。

To continue promoting the professional construction and development of Liqun Law Firm, further improving the service quality and level of Liqun Lawyers, and jointly achieving the overall business goals for 2019. On March 31, Liqun Law Firm's first general meeting and director expansion meeting of 2019 were held in Yijingtian Villa, Jiaojiang District. All lawyers, assistants and administrative staff of Liqun Law Firm attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Lawyer Wang Xinping, Director of Liqun Institute.

Agenda item 1 of the meeting

Lawyer Huang Daojin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of Liqun Institute, conveyed to everyone the spirit of the city's lawyers and grassroots legal service industry to learn and implement the spirit of the National "Two Sessions" and the "Training for Excellence and Innovation" mobilization activity meeting, and gave a detailed introduction to the future party building work plan of law firms.

Agenda item 2 of the meeting

The heads of the top 10 professional departments of law firms had a discussion and exchange. The heads and deputy heads of each department introduced the team building and development plans of the professional departments, and expressed their ideas and engaged in intense discussions on how to better build professional teams, introduce and cultivate talents, break through practice bottlenecks, explore new businesses, and promote cooperation within and between departments.

The third agenda item

Our director, Wang Xinping, delivered a speech. Based on the law firm's work plan for this year, Wang introduced the basic situation of the establishment and operation of the law firm after the restructuring, as well as the improvement and implementation of standardized systems, from the perspectives of organizational structure and law firm culture. He also proposed strategic goals for the law firm's short-term, medium-term, and long-term development.

Agenda item 4 of the meeting

In order to actively promote the informatization management of law firm work and the construction of lawyer work informatization, our firm specially invited Professor Yao Qiang from Shanxi to provide systematic management software training for everyone. The information management system applies Big data technology to the whole process of legal service products, law firm information management, risk control and other law firm practice activities, transforming traditional artificial management into information management. At the training meeting, Teacher Yao provided a detailed explanation and demonstration of the various functions of the system APP through PPT and practical operation. Attending lawyers carefully listen and record, actively ask questions and communicate in detail.
