为落实青年律师进阶培训的年度工作计划，提升我所青年律师的理论研究水平，搭建实践与理论相结合的交流平台，6月27日晚，利群所“法助共富 法护平安”2022年度律师实务理论（论文）研讨会在律所学术报告厅顺利举行。本次研讨会由蔡婉瑛律师主持。

本次研讨会从提交的18篇论文中选出12篇进行交流，论文议题广、观点新，更结合了图表制作及数据援引，涵盖了民商、刑事、行政、破产、知识产权等各领域。

汇报结束后，我所合伙人会议主席王新平律师、主任毛灵见律师、创始合伙人周显根律师、顾问李中年律师及合伙人张文中律师作为评审团从论文选题、写作内容和论文格式等方面做了精彩点评，并对论文如何进一步完善提出了意见和建议。

综合评审后，本次研讨会共评出一等奖2篇、二等奖3篇、三等奖5篇、优胜奖2篇，并进行了表彰。

In order to implement the annual work plan of the advanced training of young lawyers, improve the theoretical research level of our young lawyers, and build an exchange platform combining practice and theory, the 2022 Lawyers' Practice Theory (Thesis) Seminar of Liqun Institute on "law helps common prosperity and law protects peace" was successfully held in the academic Lecture hall of the law firm on the evening of June 27. This seminar selected 12 out of the 18 papers submitted for exchange, with a wide range of topics and new perspectives. It also combined chart making and data citation, covering various fields such as civil and commercial, criminal, administrative, bankruptcy, intellectual property, etc.

After the report, Lawyer Wang Xinping, Chairman of our partner meeting, Lawyer Mao Lingjian, Founder Partner Lawyer Zhou Xiangen, Consultant Lawyer Li Zhongzhong, and Partner Lawyer Zhang Wenzhong, as judges, made excellent comments on the topic selection, writing content, and format of the paper, and provided opinions and suggestions on how to further improve the paper.

After comprehensive evaluation, a total of 2 first prize papers, 3 second prize papers, 5 third prize papers, and 2 winning prizes were awarded and commended in this seminar.
