台州市贸促会金志伟会长一行莅临利群所调研交流

5月23日上午，台州市贸促会会长金志伟、副会长陈林娟、办公室主任金炜、调解中心主任施昳汝一行莅临利群所调研交流。

金志伟会长一行实地参观了利群所公共接待区、文化展厅、学术报告厅、红色书吧及律师办公区，了解律所的管理模式，并对律所的发展历程、党群建设和律所文化等进行了交流。

座谈会上，我所毛灵见主任就律所专业化发展、青年律师培养、律师团队建设等方面介绍了律所的相关情况。同时针对律所目前承接的涉外商事调解项目，毛灵见主任重点介绍了律所在该领域的团队成员优势、协作机制以及以往服务经验累积等方面的综合服务能力。

台州市贸促会金志伟会长结合当前国际形势，向律所与会人员介绍了台州外向型企业发展定位及普遍需求，希望双方在服务企业走出去过程中能共同合作发挥积极作用。

President Jin Zhiwei and his delegation visited the public reception area, cultural exhibition hall, academic Lecture hall, red book bar and lawyer's office area of Liqun Law Firm, understood the management mode of the law firm, and exchanged views on the development process of the law firm, party mass construction and law firm culture.

At the symposium, Director Mao Lingjian of our firm introduced the relevant situation of the law firm in terms of professional development, young lawyer training, and lawyer team building. At the same time, in response to the foreign-related commercial mediation projects currently undertaken by the law firm, Director Mao Lingjian emphasized the firm's comprehensive service capabilities in terms of team member advantages, collaboration mechanisms, and accumulated past service experience in this field.
