根据上级党组织“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育部署要求，12月9日晚，中共浙江利群律师事务所支部委员会召开“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育专题组织生活会，同时开展了民主评议党员工作。

市、区司法局各级领导对此次组织生活会高度重视，会议召开前夕，椒江区司法局党组书记、局长朱福高与利群支委会座谈，指导专题组织生活会工作。台州市司法局律工处处长梁丰到会并指导工作。

利群所支部也高度重视此次组织生活会，会前专门召开支委会，认真准备议程和议题，为开好专题组织生活会打下了坚实基础。会上，党支部副书记黄道进律师领读《习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想学习纲要》；组织委员钟瑶瑶律师领读《党的十九届四中全会<决定>学习辅导百问》；纪检委员蔡婉瑛律师传达11月25日全省机关党的建设工作座谈会精神，尤其是省委书记车俊同志的重要讲话。各党员认真学习领会。

会上，与会党员律师结合民主评议党员工作，以党小组会的形式分为三个小组分场地开展批评和自我批评，重点围绕通读规定书目情况、对照党章党规和群众提出的意见建议情况、发挥党员先锋模范作用情况等方面展开批评和自我批评。大家自评深刻，互评激烈。经民主测评，有两位党员律师被评为“中共浙江利群律师事务所支部委员会年度优秀共产党员”。通过党员自评、互评、支委会评议方式，促进全体党员统一思想、明确方向，不断增强责任意识，积极发挥带头作用。

随后，支部还开展党员“先锋指数”考评及五水共治工作群众满意度调查问卷。

最后，市司法局律工处处长梁丰对利群党支部的党建工作给予了充分肯定，并表示对利群所后续党建工作的开展充满信心，同时，也提出了许多具有建设性、前瞻性的指导意见。党的基层组织建设是党建工作的基础，必须坚持围绕中心，服务大局、强化功能，注重发挥党员模范带头作用；强化党建创新，加大宣传力度，拓展活动形式，多渠道开展党组织建设与学习，扩大党组织的覆盖面和影响力；以党的理论指导实践活动，加强党建学习，结合实际需求，创建党建品牌。

According to the requirements of the higher-level party organization's theme education deployment of "not forgetting one's original intention and mission", on the evening of December 9th, the branch committee of Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm of the Communist Party of China held a theme education organization life meeting of "not forgetting one's original intention and mission", and also conducted a democratic evaluation of party employees.

Leaders at all levels of the municipal and district judicial bureaus attached great importance to this organizing life meeting. On the eve of the meeting, Zhu Fugao, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director of the Jiaojiang District Judicial Bureau, had a discussion with the Liqun branch committee to guide the work of the special organizing life meeting. Liang Feng, Director of the Legal Department of the Taizhou Judicial Bureau, attended the meeting and guided the work.

The branch of Liqun Institute also attaches great importance to this organizational life meeting. Prior to the meeting, a special branch committee meeting was held to carefully prepare the agenda and topics, laying a solid foundation for holding a good thematic organizational life meeting.   Lawyer Zhong Yaoyao, member of the organization committee, read the "Decision of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Learning and Counseling Questions"; Lawyer Cai Wanying, a disciplinary inspection commissioner, conveyed the spirit of the November 25th symposium on party building in provincial government agencies, especially the important speech by Comrade Che Jun, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. All party members study and understand diligently.

At the meeting, participating party members and lawyers, in conjunction with democratic evaluation of party member work, divided into three groups in the form of party group meetings to carry out criticism and self-criticism, focusing on the situation of reading the prescribed bibliography, comparing the Party Constitution and regulations with the opinions and suggestions put forward by the masses, and exerting the exemplary role of party members. Everyone has profound self-evaluation and intense mutual evaluation. After democratic evaluation, two party member lawyers were awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Year of the Zhejiang Liqun Law Firm Branch Committee of the Communist Party of China". Through self-evaluation, mutual evaluation, and branch committee evaluation among party members, we aim to promote unified thinking and clear direction among all party members, continuously enhance their sense of responsibility, and actively play a leading role.

Subsequently, the branch also conducted an evaluation of the "Pioneer Index" of party members and a survey questionnaire on public satisfaction with the work of the Five Rivers Co governance.

Finally, Liang Feng, Director of the Legal Department of the Municipal Judicial Bureau, fully affirmed the party building work of the Liqun Party Branch and expressed confidence in the subsequent party building work of the Liqun Branch. At the same time, he also proposed many constructive and forward-looking guidance opinions. The construction of grassroots Party organizations is the foundation of Party building work, and it is necessary to adhere to centering around the center, serving the overall situation, strengthening functions, and emphasizing the exemplary and leading role of Party members; Strengthen Party building innovation, increase publicity efforts, expand activity forms, carry out Party organization construction and learning through multiple channels, and expand the coverage and influence of Party organizations; Guide practical activities with the Party's theory, strengthen Party building learning, and create a Party building brand based on actual needs.
